Little Quentin whom they presume abused resorts to a tragic cry for help.

So requests other partners, but neither of them can stand their new ones. Sack secures his boy's spot on Westbrook - in the sack with a key staff member.

Tension over Wyatt's decision to save a baby's life by an illegal Cesarean coming to trial leads to enough tensions for Sack to switch partners with Harper, who decides to take a paramedic's course, and to consider switching employers, but he reconsiders both. Wyatt risks everything, including his lover, by taking all the blame, but his crafty dad saves the day. A fellow Mormon of Harper's needs to be convinced to accept a lief-saving amputation, although triathlons are his goal in life. A couple refuses to press charges although they regularly have violent fights.

In this series final, Wyatt hopes to have found love with his poker party Kalle, while his ex Alice needs closure if she's to accept a dream job in Boston with lover Dr. Daniel Lanier. Wyatt believes, unlike his father, an injured pre-teen Josh is being abused by father Peter, or at second sight his kid brother Ben. Kroll's new diagnostic equipment proves valuable, but Naheem Asnai is ready to sell Life Shield, guaranteeing nobody will be fired, but to whom proves the real surprise. Harper isn't amused when Angela poses as witch doctor but accepts a dinner date with her Lesbian partner, where he gets a startling request. Stack's hope to get Cam's mother and him back proves worse then misguided.
