After deciding to be their own General Contractors, Sarah turns to fellow HGTV star Mike Holmes for some advice. Sarah and Alex work together to stay on time and on budget, and enjoy the satisfaction of completing their first space: a third floor hideaway called a Belvedere where they can take in the views.
