Fred is determined to get the inheritance money, and so plays matchmaker with a computer dating service. Lamont, who isn't interested in such a stipulation, tries to get his friend, Janet, to pose as the match. However, the real girl, named Nora Simpson, arrives earlier than expected, and is not only a white girl, but has a very annoying, high-pitched voice. Ultimately, the whole matchmaker thing doesn't work out...and for the better. Not only is the tower causing havoc with Lamont's attempt to put together a sale for the business (as he took out a short-term loan from the bank to finance it, hired Rollo to make signs, and also borrowed money from Aunt Esther to get the truck out of impound when he couldn't park it in their own driveway), but Lamont couldn't even bring himself to tell Fred what Sandra told him about it. Eventually, in the nick of time before Lamont's plans for the business implode, Sandra comes by and tells Fred the truth, forcing him to knock it down.
