Episode 2

Sorry

27 mins

Inside her new pool house digs, Eric makes Sando a little uncomfortable with his over-personal offers of teeth flossing and towel drying, while her stopover weighs heavily on Susie, who chastises husband Gary for craving to 'comfort' her. Banished to the kitchen, Gary discovers Susie's dad Don and Susie's live-in best friend Nicky 'comforting' each other in the pantry, and must now decide whether saving Susie from distress by withholding that revelation from her is worth breaching his wedding vows to always tell Susie everything. While Don and Nicky stay trapped in the cupboard, Susie and Sando enter the kitchen, forcing Gary to take evasive action. Susie confronts her mum for never apologising for sleeping with Susie's one-time fiance Kevin, as Sando realises she's physically incapable of apologising for anything. It's also Sando's week with Vic Jnr - her son with Susie's ex fiance Kevin - and he bunks in Eric's room, complete with Star Wars memorabilia and an extensive Lego collection. Jealous of Sando's and Vic Jnr's relationship, Eric asks Sando to a movie but she instead encourages him to take Vic Jnr. Vic Jnr decides to mark his territory, pranking Eric into believing he's been kidnapped and ensuring they both know where they stand. Sando, meanwhile, continues to try to win over Susie, who downloads to Nicky about all Susie's annoying habits. Which only serves to clarify exactly how similar Sando and Susie really are. Susie then accepts a genuine apology from Kevin, infuriating Sando, who decides to pull out all stops and commissions an apology video (from a famous Australian TV star) to exhibit to the family on 'Sunday-take-out and-movie-night'. But just when Susie begins to come around, Sando screws it all up again - simply by being herself.

Episode 4

Therapy

25 mins

With Sando's continuing residence agitating any hope of family harmony, Susie demands Sando submit to personality transformation therapy with Nicky. Given Susie's the most vocal in wanting Sando to change, Sando suggests Nicky hypnotise Susie instead - secretly Sando fears she'll end up blowing a carrot like she saw a woman do on stage at the Rooty Hill RSL, her only previous experience with such dark arts. Yet, to the amazement of the entire family, Sando demonstrates a remarkable aptitude for hypnosis and her behaviour and attitude improve overnight. Sando is making tea, emptying the dishwasher - and being nice to Eric. Maybe Nicky is more capable at therapy than everyone thought. Vic Jnr turns up, home from school with a case of nits. As well as Vic Jnr, Susie's ex-fiance (and Sando's baby daddy) Kevin delivers a box of love heart shaped cookies for Susie, but claiming they're for the whole family. Gary doesn't buy it and Kevin is forced to diffuse the situation by offering Gary a ride in his 1967 e-type Jag. On the road, the pair bond over stories of Susie, and while Gary quickly warms to him, he can't help but feel Susie was different with Kevin when she was with him. Susie discovers the covert new friendship and forces Gary to break it off, which he does the next night at the front door of the Sandringham home. It transpires that Kevin was in fact visiting at Sando's request, and so now they must all sit awkwardly together and have dinner. Kevin subsequently sabotages the meal - ruining Sando's further attempts to do something nice for everyone - and forcing the family to concede they need the old Sando back. Nicky hypnotises Sando once again - but when Sando then appears to have sworn off all material possessions (including the family home), the horrified family begin to wonder if Sando was ever really hypnotised to start with, or else was just teaching them a lesson about how much they need to have someone they love to hate?

Family Business

27 mins

At the big Sando's Warehouse board meeting, Tony presents his vision for the future while Sando pitches for reinstatement. Her strategy - bring back the one and only thing competitors can't replicate. Sando herself. In one more of those classic ads starring her family. Nicky finally realises Eric has long been infatuated with her, and she sets the record straight - they're just friends - sending him spiralling into despair. Also, worried Don is falling for Sando, Nicky sets him up with another gig and arranges a record label scout to attend. Sando rallies the family to shoot that 'one more ad', but Susie has her own business funded now, with plans to bury her. Don decides to follow his own dreams for a change and passes in favour of rehearsing for that new gig. Heartbroken, Eric can't drag himself from bed let alone perform for the nation, and it seems the ad is doomed - that is until Eric finds out Vic Jnr is taking his place. Sando then convinces Don that national exposure will reboot his career - he's in - and Kevin's investment falls through, forcing Susie's hand - and the stage is set for the reunion. But is the Sandringham family finally united - or will that 'make or break' ad be the occasion for the almighty bust-up that could tear them apart for good?
