Toma, a young man from Izu goes to Tokyo to try to get into a great college. He then meets Urara Kasuga, who he finds out that she is his cousin. She has fallen in love with him when he spent time with her six years earlier. He also meets a big breasted woman named Mieko Yotsuba, who is also trying to get into Keio University.
