Divya is in charge of the whole team of 'Hankies'-employed doctors, while Evan spares no effort--almost neglecting often-absent bride Paige--to mind both business and stubborn Hank, who resumes work too hastily and openly suspects heir and executor Dimitri of somehow eliminating Boris. Jeremiah fell in Internet love and looks like a caveman, having grown a bushy beard, yet can't hide his persistent interest any more than Divya, who pretends to be over her Argentinian "merely physical" lover, but is diagnosed as pregnant. Evan rushes to the aid of falling Hamptons founding-family member Blythe Ballard's rescue, but the rules stickler proves to be a nightmare.
