Puckaun

Dermot Bannon travels to the village of Puckaun in north Tipperary, to meet teachers Darragh Egan, his partner Sarah Lovett and their three month old son Donagh. They plan to divide a 50 year old bungalow into two residences; one for themselves and the other for Darragh's widowed mother.

Episode 2

Drogheda

In Drogheda, Dermot helps with the redesign of a 1930s home purchased by long-haul airline pilot Ian Callaghan and his girlfriend Claire Moore. Ian has been living in London for 11 years and wants to return to his home town where all his family and friends are. As Ian is in the air for several days at a time will this create problems coordinating the renovations.

Episode 3

Baldoyle

Dermot Bannon travels to Baldoyle in north Dublin, to redesign the interior of the bay-side home of Melissa Furze and Aoife Sheridan, a house which is 'higgeldy-piggeldy' and mixed up with pokey rooms and disjointed spaces. The upstairs and downstairs do not do the views of Dublin bay any justice so Dermot sets out to remodel the house to make the most of the spectacular views, all, hopefully, on a budget of 170,000 Euros.

Episode 4

Maynooth

In Maynooth, Dermot helps couple George and Sinead renovate an 1850s coach-house which turns out to be riddled with parasitic dampness across the whole of the roof requiring a complete removal and rebuild.

Episode 5

Three Favourite Builds

Dermot revisits three former clients who were memorable and special to him; Mitchell's pub in the tiny village of Legan in County Longford owned by Elaine Mitchell assisted by partner Hughie Ballesty (2011); widow Kathleen Roche who wanted to remodel her house as a California style home in Bishopstown, County Cork for her daughter Marion Martin and American husband Engel and their two children (2012); and a redesign of the home in Malahide in north County Dublin of Ann and Barry Higgins, carers of 12 year old wheelchair bound Michael (2014).
