Stevie walks into a convenience store one day to buy some ice cream. There he is a witness to a robbery. Stevie freezes when the cashier knocks the gun out of the robber's hand and it lands at Stevie's feet. His friend is shot. Hank must convince Stevie that the shooting was not his fault while protecting Stevie from a mad man. Hank races against time to find the armed robber before the armed robber finds Stevie.
