Paul travels to Minneapolis to meet modeling agency owner Brita Jackson and her team at Arquette & Associates. Paul is really frustrated to discover that Brita - in the aftermath of 16 models being stolen away by one of her employees - has basically given up on her agency. Meanwhile, Paul and his trusted number two at The Network, Olga Tavarez, must decide which four new faces on their roster are going to be selected to travel to New York to audition for Fashion Week.
