The Rainbow gang is being very creative indeed and putting together their own version of 'Jack and the Beanstalk'. Jane plays Jack and Bungle the Giant. Zippy is Jack's mother (Mrs Beanstalk). Rod is the evil wizard who sells Jack the beans and Geoffrey and Freddy for some reason are a clown double act called 'Tea and Cocoa'. George wanted to be the cow, but ends up being Georgieporgy when the two clowns take the part of the cow.

The Rainbow gang act out the pretend story of Dick Turnip the naughty highwayman. Geoffrey, as Dick, steals the famous Bungle Warren necklace from Lady Jane, the Baron's daughter. But Zippy the Good catches Turnip and brings him before Judge George.

Geoffrey has taken Bungle, Zippy and George to the laundrette. There they learn about all sort of machines, from washing machines to those that work on the road.

When Geoffrey unexpectedly has to look after his grandfather, Bungle, Zippy and George have to stay with Auntie for the night. Zippy is especially grumpy about having to leave home.

Geoffrey is lining up domino's but Bungle touches them even when he's told not to. George spills all his marbles on the ground, causing Freddy and Rod to slip on them. Zippy hasn't changed his yellow socks in days, and they have started to smell. George's green ice-cream lolly melts before he can finish it. Bungle wonders why his slinky won't go up the stairs. Geoffrey does a magic trick with a funnel.

Zippy and George fool Bungle and Geoffrey into thinking an invisible man is outside the door. Geoffrey gets his own back inside. Then they all pretend that Bungle is invisible.

Geoffrey uses a microscope and a magnifying glass to teach Bungle, Zippy and George about things that are too small to see by eye. George fantasizes about seeing fairies.

George and Bungle are helping Geoffrey with the household, but Zippy is being lazy. All three of them work together on making some jam tarts. Geoffrey has just enough time to tell a story before he has to pick up Mrs. Williams for Jane, but the story turns out not to have an ending.

The Rainbow gang are anticipating their trip to a Safari Park tomorrow and talk about all the different animals they will see there.

The Rainbow gang is making Easter decorations. When Jane brings over some flowers, Geoffrey decides to have an Easter parade.

Antie Jo is coming over to stay, so Geoffrey is in a hurry to get new wallpaper up in the spare room. Luckily Rod, Jane and Freddy lend a hand.

Zippy, Bungle & George pretend to be Rod, Jane & Freddy. Geoffrey pretends to be Jack Spratt and Mrs. Spratt and other Nursery Rhyme characters. Together with R, J and F they play a game of Charades called 'Guess Who I Am'. Then special guest impressionist Bobby Davro pretends to be Bungle, Zippy, George and Geoffrey.

Geoffrey is having a terrible time keeping track of George, Zippy and Bungle and making sure none of them gets hurt by common household objects.

Auntie Patsy comes to visit and cannot stop talking, much to the chagrin of the others.

George, Zippy and Bungle have made a miniature town for their toy cars. Geoffrey explains what it's like to live in a city.

The Rainbow gang is having a car boot sale to raise money for children in Africa. Zippy is very proud of his snowman made of cotton and thinks it will raise 50 Pounds. George is collecting cars and boots around the house. Bungle has made up a game to win a lollipop if you knock over a cardboard Zippy.

Geoffrey has ordered a sweater from a mail order book and Jane a dress. But when Geoffrye's sweater arrives, it turns out to be too small. Later on a parcel arrives that Rod, Jane & Freddy had ordered.

Geoffrey has bought a new bed at a Do It Yourself shop but finds it quite difficult to put together on his own. Luckily Rod Jane and Freddy come over to help.

One of Geoffrey's shoes is too small. There are parcels arriving for number 1, even though the Rainbow house is no 10. This is because the zero has fallen off of the door.

Bungle and Geoffrey are pretending to sail on a ship (actually made out of cardboard boxes). When Zippy imagines that he and George stow away on board, the ship hits a rock and all four of them end up on a deserted island.

Geoffrey teaches Bungle to use a special gadget to peel an apple. He's also has a new gadget to slice potatoes into chips and an electric hand whisk.

Geoffrey is making some scones but Bungle make a mess of the kitchen. When all the scones suddenly disappear, Zippy wishes he was a really famous detective.

Jane borrows Geoffrey's wellington boots, Mrs Smith borrows some sugar and later some milk. George and Zippy borrow Bungles crayon and lend him some money for a jigsaw in return.

Bungle, Zippy and George are supposed to be helping Geoffrey with the washing-up, but instead they are having a lot of fun using the water in the sink to sail their pretend boats. Rod, Jane and Freddy sing "Deep Blue Sea".

The gang is making monster disguises for a costume party. They decide to make a dragon out of cardboard boxes and George calls it Arnold.

Geoffrey has gotten a pink sweater from Jane as a present, but it's a bit too small for him. Zippy and George tease Bungle by taking away his paint brush, which rather upsets him. Jane gets even more upset when everybody keeps putting down the sweater she knitted. But luckily Rod and Freddy manage to cheer her up with a song.

Zippy and George have hidden Bungle's teddy so he tries to find it. Geoffrey's going shopping so Bungle asks him for some crunchy things, Zippy wants some red stuff in a jar and George wants some long stringy things. A lady rings the Rainbow house, but they don't know who he is. Geoffrey returns with the items for Zippy, George and Bungle - breakfast cereal, tomato ketchup and liquorice. Rod, Jane and Freddy sing "Here's A Game You Can Play". Maggie reads a story called Zoe's Zoo.

A stormy night keeps the Rainbow gang awake. The next morning Geoffrey tells them about the wind and reads a story about a weathervane.

Geoffrey thinks the Rainbow house has gotten too small for all it's inhabitants and decides to move. Zippy is excited by the prospect, but Bungle is not and George gets terribly upset about it.

Bungle finds a black and white rabbit in the garden. Geoffrey builds it a hutch until they find out whom it belongs to.

Geoffrey has invited Terry and Lenny the Lion over for a visit. But Zippy, who was already in a bad mood, thinks Terry and Lennie have stolen his friends away from him.

Zippy wants everybody to dress up and act out a fairy story, but won't tell anyone what it is. Geoffrey plays a king, Jane a maid, Rod the miller and Bungle the millers daughter. George gets to be the baby and Zippy the mysterious title character, who's name the others have to guess.

Geoffrey is up in the loft looking for his old stamp album. Bungle, Zippy & George have never been up there, and are amazed by all the old stuff there is to be found. Several items remind them of things that happened to them in the past.

Christmas is coming up but Bungle can't remember where he left the seasonal decorations. But George suggests everybody makes some decorations themselves. Zippy makes a banana snowman.

The Rainbow gang puts on a pantomime in which the Wicked Baron Bungle is trying to stop Dame Geoffrey and his children from winning a singing competition and win a bag of gold.
