Walter Wallace is a dedicated and skilled doctor who was fired by his hospital for using an unsanctioned drug that would lead to his patient's death. He would get an offer to work at a hospital founded by a tech billionaire, James Bell, who wants to create new tech to help people. Wallace is not impressed and wants to turn him down. But some new patients arrive like a woman who is pregnant and has a tumor which if they don';t remove she will die. But it means terminating her pregnancy which she doesn't want to do. And a comatose girl whose parents want them to help her but it's determined her coma is irreversible. But Bell says they will find a way.
