Episode 1
Lisa Benton is the new weather girl at the Naked News. She's blonde and beautiful but her interview skills need polishing and Pat Thornton and Matt Baram are only too eager to please. They head to CTV for an interview workshop and bump into Canada AM Host Jeff Hutcheson
Episode 2
John Avery is a Toronto Argonaut running back who is looking to build a comedy career on TV. He and his manager have developed sit-coms like Avery Day Life and The Running Black but, as Americans, they've been finding it difficult cracking the Canadian market. The team, led by Scott Montgomery, attempts to take Avery to another level with hilarious results. Special guest Michael Landsberg from TSN's Off the Record.
Episode 3
Justin Holmes is the 21-year old son of ex-Platinum Blondes star Mark Holmes. He works at his dad's nightclub (Toronto's Mod Club) entertaining the VIPs and buying drinks for hot women. His friend Ollie has no job, no girlfriend and no place to live. The team enters into the nightclub lifestyle to help Justin attain fame and help Ollie get to the root of his problems...his failed relationship. Special guests: Ben Mulroney and Tanya Kim, hosts of CTV's eTalk.
Episode 4
The Punched Up team "punches up" their intern Candice Allen. Wishing to be more assertive, Candice is convinced to join the PFL (Pillow Fight League) by team member Lauren Ash. Candice enters the PFL's 'Brawl for it All', a smack-down live event in front of 500 people.
Episode 5
Ben McLean is a vegan telemarketer whose girlfriend Sara thinks is too conservative. They approach the team to punch up their relationship and to get Ben to loosen up a little. The team enlists a facilitator and sets out on a 'wild man weekend' to help Ben get in touch with his inner male strength.
Episode 6
Ever since he was five years old, Charlie Smith dreamed of becoming a professional wrestler. He approaches the team with the hopes of getting some help with his 'bad guy' persona and fighting a match. The team brings in Rowdy Roddy Piper, WWE champion 'Edge' and gets Charlie in the ring!
Episode 7
The team takes on an entire University of Toronto fraternity, Phi Kappa Sigma, with the hopes of taking their drinking, partying and pranking to a whole new level. Special guest: Master of the art of seduction, Peachez, from The Comedy Network's Keys to the VIP.
Episode 8
The Hot Box Café is a marijuana friendly restaurant in Toronto's Kensington Market. After a negative review in a local paper, the owner seeks the help of the Punched Up team. The mission: to turn the restaurant around. The team tackles the food, the design (with the help of special guest Glen Peloso of HGTV's Restaurant Makeover) and puts on an original musical to re-launch the restaurant.
Episode 9
The team punch up Matt Chin a young talk show host running his own production out of his parent's garage.
Episode 10
Sunlit Ambush is a hard-core rock band made up of four average-looking small town lads. The Punched Up team along with makeover artist and rock star Robin Black attempt to transform them from rock zeroes to rock heroes and hook them up with legendary manager of Sum 41, Greg Nori.
Episode 11
Toronto microbrewery Steam Whistle invites the team to punch up the brewery's marketing campaign. While on the job, the team discovers that the historic building is haunted and they seek out TV's Rescue Mediums for help.
Episode 12
College student Shaun Bruce takes a stab at being the Mayor of Toronto with the Punched Up team's help.
Episode 13
The team helps two nerdy guys get a sit-com.
