Shauna, Steve, and the kids never expected their house to sell so quickly, and now they're squatting at grandma's place until they can find the perfect mountain chic family pad. Though they're determined to stay in the same neighborhood, Drew warns they'll have to widen their search to get everything on their wish list. That is, until a family connection reveals a nearby gem. Later, asbestos cleanup hits the budget hard, and Jonathan races to finish the reno five days earlier than projected.
