Mark and Lois needed more room for their growing family of three so when their dream home across the street went on the market, they jumped at the chance to stay on the quiet tree lined street they love. They knew the house needed work but the huge footprint and fenced in yard was exactly what they wanted. Mark took on the reno projects himself but 7 years later they're still unfinished and Lois is totally overwhelmed by the chaotic state of their house. They need Drew and Jonathan's help to finish what's been started, totally rework the main floor and restore calm to this young family's forever home.

But the dated layout prevents everyone from being in the same place. After 20 years of making do, they know it's time to take the home into the future for their growing family of five. Drew and Jonathan step in to completely revamp the layout and give the entry, main living room, dining room, kitchen and basement the fantastic makeover the family needs to create another 20 years of memories.

Now that the kids are older, they are ready for some help to tackle their half-finished projects and to make it their Forever Home. Drew and Jonathan step in to overhaul the living room, dining room, kitchen and create a master bedroom retreat giving Mark, Colette and their kids a bright, fresh and cozy transformation that they'll be proud to share with friends and neighbors for years to come.

The home has good bones, they love the community and they are excited about the schools for their future kids. Knowing a big renovation is needed to make their dream home a reality, they haven't unpacked, or even bought furniture, and are living in the basement. They are ready for a super makeover. The home's beige coloring makes the empty rooms feel devoid of personality, the furniture left from the previous owner is too outdated for the young couple and the small kitchen is no place to create the delicious meals they love. Drew and Jonathan comes to the rescue to help furnish the home and give the entry, living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and ensuite a modern, yet traditional, transformation worthy of a superhero.

Healthy Ever After

But the home's small kitchen lacks storage and flow, the main floor's traditional layout feels closed off, and their master bath is dark and outdated. They're ready for a new, fresh chapter in their Forever Home, but need some assistance making it function for them. Drew and Jonathan are ready to help overhaul the living room, dining room, kitchen and help create a bright master retreat complete with a modern master bath so Alison and Greg will want to stay for another 20 years.

The couple also needs help blending both their traditional and modern design tastes. The windows in the kitchen leak in the winter and create dead space, the uneven hardwood and concrete floors cause tripping hazards and the dining room layout feels cramped. Drew and Jonathan rework the kitchen, dining room, living room and converted family room into a bright, fresh, modern family home that perfectly blends the old with the new.

Knowing that the house needs a complete overhaul, they've delayed moving in. The tiny kitchen is closed off, the laundry room is in an odd location that disrupts the flow, the chunky fireplace is a major eyesore and the old carpets reek of smoke. Drew and Jonathan rework the front entry, living room, dining room, kitchen and family room to give Jackie and JR a bright and cozy transformation that they and their daughters will love for years to come.

When Tragedy Strikes

Drew and Jonathan step in to help the young couple but just as they start renovations, a tree falls onto the home, demolishing the upper floor. With the timeline extended and the scope now tripled, Drew and Jonathan transform the entire house leaving Chris and Charlotte with the safe and beautiful Forever Home of their dreams.
