Episode 1
Return of the Prism

Ten years ago, the Ninja Nexus Prism containing the Ninja Nexus Star fell to Earth, landing in the back yard of Ninja Master Dane and his two pre-adolescent sons, Aiden and Brody. Soon after, evil aliens Galvanax, Ripcon and Madame Odius appeared with aim to take and use the power of the Ninja Nexus Star. Ninja Master Dane defended it, becoming a Power Ranger in the process. In shattering the Star into six pieces, he disappeared with Ninja Steel now protecting the Nexus Prism and its six Stars. Galvanax takes it, along with young Brody. Ten years pass in which Galvanax has been unable to access the Ninja Stars, and Brody has lived aboard his spaceship as a slave. Brody sees a chance to escape with the Nexus Prism and takes it, joined by Redbot, Mick Kanic and a Datacom. While on Earth, attacked and overmatched by Korvaka, he's aided by hoverboarder Sarah Thompson and amateur magician Preston Tien. The three access the Nexus Stars, becoming Power Rangers.

Forged in Steel

Preston, Sarah and Redbot join Brody's search for his little brother. Returning to his childhood home, long-abandoned, Brody digs for his father's stash of Ninja Steel, only to find a clue for where it's been re-hidden. Meanwhile, lovers Hayley and Calvin and Hayley's dog Kody come across Mick, disguised as junk metal amidst debris from space. Their attempt to hide their new, alien friend among students at the Summer Cove High School auto body shop results in Principal Hastings mistaking Mick for the new head mechanics teacher whom she thought declined the job. With Hayley and Calvin showing moxie, the Nexus Prism allows them to become Power Rangers. Galvanax, enraged at seeing teenagers access "his" Nexus Prism, applies a rule change to the alien TV show Galaxy Warriors, declaring anyone a winner who can kill these new Power Rangers and bring him their Ninja Power Stars.

Relying on his Datacom gets Brody in trouble at school and undermines his confidence as Power Ranger leader. Galvanax sends the fiery, rollerblading Spinferno to give the Rangers a good crematorial roasting while Victor, using Brody's lost Datacom, uses it to aim for fame above that of the Power Rangers.

Galvanax' dissatisfaction with Galaxy Warrior applicants prompts Ripcon to suggest Galvanax himself attack the Rangers. Sounds good, but during his confrontation, Madam Odius points out that it's been a while since Galvanax fought anyone and there are five fully charged Power Rangers to engage. Galvanax hands the fight over to Slogre, a mutant turtle who can slow down opponents. Meanwhile, Preston's magic becomes real, a byproduct of using Ninja Steel, which can enhance anyone's truest desire. Eager to impress, disaster attends his next magic show.

Galvanax pits Tangleweb against the Rangers, a spidery monster who likes to swallow victims whole. Meanwhile, as Calvin presents a refurbished motorcycle, the Rangers learn of his fear of driving (due to a go-kart accident as a kid). When Tangleweb devours Calvin's teammates, the Ninja Nexus Prism presents a vision by which Calvin must confront his fear to save them. Elsewhere, Victor and Monty eat beans to gas their way out of class, which sends them aloft after a confrontation with Tangleweb.

My Friend Redbot

Badpipes, a bagpipes-playing Scottish monster, plans to play the Rangers a mesmerizing tune by which they'll hand over their Power Stars. Fortunately, the melody does not affect robots or canines. Meanwhile, with a school dance approaching, Victor aims to impress the ladies with his athletic fleetness of foot (and make up for last year's fall into a punch bowl). Hayley, meanwhile, brushes off a gallant dance invitation from Redbot.

Ripcon feels triumphant when he finds the Gold Ninja Power Star in a briefcase carried by Tom Mallaburn, personal manager of visiting country music star Levi Weston. An abduction, and a capture, and it's time for Tom to transform and save the day - only for all to discover that they have the wrong guy. Meanwhile, Victor and Monty hope to score a backstage pass to see Levi Weston as his biggest fan.

Rocking & Rolling

Levi stuns his Power Ranger pals when he mentions leaving on a three-month world tour after his Summer Cove concert that evening, putting career ahead of Power Ranger commitment. Meanwhile, a recent and suspicious string of minor earthquakes, all caused by Stonedozer, heralds the planned demolition of Levi's packed concert hall, an engineered disaster just to draw out the Rangers and take their Power Stars.

The Ranger Ribbon

Preston finds himself at odds with his insensitive and intimidating businessman father over the destruction of a beloved local icon known as The Ribbon Tree. As the Ranger teens work to save this venerable tree from "progress" (with Preston caught between standing with friends or with family), Galaxy Warrior allows a dim-witted contestant named Trapsaw (with a penchant for setting unsuccessful booby traps) to have a go at the Rangers.

Poisonous Plots

Brody fully accepts brother Aiden into the Ranger fold, but Mick remains cautious against complete disclosure of Ranger secrets so quickly, only agreeing to Aiden training alongside the Rangers for now. Madam Odius sets Toxitea the venomous Teapot Monster against the Rangers, who succeeds at poisoning Brody. They'll hand over the antidote in exchange for the Rangers' Power Stars. They have till sunset. Meanwhile, an accident turns Victor into a chocolate statue.

Family Fusion

Aiden and Ripcon form an alliance against the Rangers, which ends poorly for Ripcon when Galvanax summarily judges him guilty of keeping key secrets from him (most importantly, the private incarceration of the Gold Ranger aboard his ship). The punishment: gigantification in a do-or-die effort against the Rangers. Meanwhile, as the Rangers utilize a newly finished Ninja Fusion Star, Aiden's villainy comes to the fore as he finally discovers the Ranger's secret base. Later at a school talent show, a hidden truth comes out - as well as Monty and Victor (earlier eaten by Preston's loyal and magical top hat).

Ace and the Race

At the Lake Sunshine Fun-athon, Calvin's attention wanders from his Ranger pals to the vehicle of a fellow car enthusiast whom Calvin calls friend. This opens the door for Shoespike to enter the competitions as Brody and Levi's third partner, neither of whom aware that this monster in human guise can turn anyone he outruns into trophies. Meanwhile, Victor finds a female figure who will listen to him without complaint.

The Royal Rival

Princess Viera, ruler of the Lion Galaxy, comes to sic her personal guard, Drillion, on the Power Rangers, but during the fight, Sarah saves Viera from harm (mistaken for an innocent bystander). The selfless act prompts Viera to call off the fight to think over it and learn more about Sarah. Viewing this pause as weakness, Galvanax proposes a treasonous deal with Drillion. Meanwhile, Monty's and Victor's latest ploy to get one up on the Ranger teens (namely, on Sarah's any-food-you-can-eat cookie machine) gets them arrested.

Meanwhile, Madam Odius presents a formidable upgrade to Drillion's arsenal, and Victor discovers alien technology to help him achieve another trophy.

Abrakadanger from Galaxy Warrior arrives to blast Levi from the area while turning three Rangers into stuffed toys. To show Preston the error of his ways, Mick abruptly decides to take up tennis.

Meanwhile, Monty and Victor invent a metal detection/retrieving devise which catches the keen interest of Galvanax.

Galvanax Rises

With Monty and Victor's Mighty Mag in hand, Galvanax launches a final campaign against the Power Rangers, magnetizing their Power Stars to leave them powered down and easy for the Basherbots to capture. Meanwhile, Victor and Monty aid Madam Odius' treachery against Galvanax by building her a Mega Mag, unaware of her intent to use it against the Rangers as well.

Grave Robber

Trapped and with time running out, it's up to the sixth Ranger to find out what became of the others.

Past, Presents, and Future

At Christmastime, only Sarah escapes a time freeze attack from Cleocatra, vengeance-minded cousin of the late Cat O'Clock. Escaping with the monster's Time Controller, Sarah stumbles into Santa's sleigh, where he and she next fall into a time tunnel. She thereby sets out to gather up Power Stars from the past to save her friends in the present, using her detailed diary to select times for finding fellow Rangers alone.
