Sam and Brooke are now on friendly terms, so they agree to try and get their feuding friends Lily and Carmen and Nicole and Mary Cherry together to get them to reconcile all their differences and animosities in a calm and rational manner. But during lunch Brooke notices that Sam is wearing, without asking, Brooke's favorite bracelet that Brooke's estranged mother gave to Brooke before she left. This reignites her hate for Sam, and when Nicole pushes Carmen one too many times and Carmen snaps and slaps her in return, the two stepsisters and their girlfriends agree to meet after school and resolve their issues once and for all - with their fists. Their friends Sugar, Josh and Harrison are all terrified of the girls' uncontrollable rage and what it might lead to, so they ask Ms. Glass for help. However, she sees the girls' behavior as normal and unavoidable side effect of PMS. To educate the boys further, she gives them a VHS tape of her favorite nature documentary about the fire ants of Madagascar, that also covers the topic of the female fire ants' violent behavior caused by ovulation. In desperation, the boys come up with a ruse to lure the girls into the school bathroom and lock them in hoping that they'd have no other choice but to finally make peace and come together. Meanwhile, Brooke, Sam, Lily, Carmen, Nicole and Mary Cherry's new English literature teacher comes out as gay and asks the girls to write down their deepest dark secrets and then throw these notes in the trash bin and in doing so symbolically let go of their guilt over having them. However, scheming Nicole takes them from the bin afterwards to read them. The boys ploy works and Brooke, Sam, Lily, Carmen, Nicole and Mary Cherry end up locked in in the bathroom together. This causes an all out brawl between the six but they soon calm each other down. Nosy Nicole pulls out the notes with their secrets and writes them all down on the bathroom mirror. After initial objections, the girls begin to confess which secret is whose. Nicole openly suspects Sam of writing the first confession that states that the girl who wrote it is unsure if she's straight, but Lily steps in to say that the confession was actually hers. Lily admits that her recent realization that she's not interested in having sex with Harrison made her question her sexuality, so she and her understanding best friend Carmen kissed a few times to see if Lily might be a lesbian. She eventually concluded that she's not. Carmen is furious that Lily betrayed her trust and decided to talk about this without asking her first. Shamed Mary Cherry admits that she had webbed fingers as a child and still has webbed toes. The other four girls confess their secrets as well but then realize that they all involve Josh, who turns out to be quite a player. Their rage now focuses on him. Meanwhile, the boys try to watch the tape but it turns out that there's something else on it - a possible s&m tape with Ms. Glass as a dominatrix. Just then, Ms. Glass storms in, confiscates the tape and ties up the boys demanding in a paranoid fashion that they admit they new about her video. They deny it, so she calms down and confesses that the tape was made by her one lover Godfrey, who turned out to be quite a perv who enjoys her punishment more than her but she couldn't resist him anyway. She eventually broke off with him and ever since he's been threatening to show the tapes to the principal and get Ms. Glass fired. That's when Godfrey suddenly storms in and takes Ms. Glass and the boys hostage in order to sell them to a white slavery ring.
