After learning about Polly's locket and "tiny power" at the end of S3, Mom and Dad are concerned about how much Polly is using her power and think there should be some limits. Polly tries to convince her parents that she's got everything under control by shrinking them down and showing them the ropes of Tiny Power. Only Dad inadvertently keeps shrinking himself down further and further until he's gone atomic... and he has no idea what the magic words are to GO BIG again. It's up to Polly and Mom to figure out where Dad has gone before he becomes so small that he's lost amongst the molecules forever.

But Polly discovers her mom used to kick butt in roller derby and pushes her mom to try it again. However, by reigniting her mom's passion for the dangerous sport, Polly also unleashes her mom's daredevil side who throws all caution to the wind. When Mom's team faces their own rivals, Polly now understands mom's worries about safety.

From simply asking the games to relocated to trying to lure the turtles away from the games with flashlights, there's nothing that Polly won't do to help these cuties. The only problem is, Polly can't touch the turtles -- that's a big no-no when dealing with the wild animals. Polly and dad must find a way to help the turtles without breaking the rules.

As they track the tricky rabbit, Polly will discover some of her own athletic skills and decide what game she wants to compete in the next time the Littleton Games is in town.

Polly must put aside her selfish desires and learn to let Pax be himself.

Meanwhile, Pierce must choose between his dream of winning the competition or saving his sister.
