When Polly tries to test the limits of her powers, she accidentally shrinks her house and its inhabitants to nano-size. Polly and pals must protect the tiny house from destruction by a very large toddler, menacing insects, and a thieving raccoon. Luckily, inside the house, Mom and Dad are distracted by their new VR goggles and Pierce is distracted by teaching Lila the ways of Kerpow as Polly takes on the big problems outside. Polly and the girls have to get everyone back to normal before anyone realizes what's going on.

Polly helps put on an animal adopt-athon, but when she gets too attached to the adoptable animals, she decides to keep them all for herself. Polly pocket-sizes a menagerie including a horse, cow, cat, snake and adorable llama and brings them home. But when the tiny animals get loose in the Pocket house, Polly and Shani must corral the animals. After an unpleasant encounter with a hungry snake, Polly finally admits that maybe her home isn't the best home for the animals. Even though she loves them, other people are better equipped to care for these exotic critters. With the help of a Shani-made app, Polly pairs the animals with their ultimate adopters.

When it's time for the levelling-up demo, Polly rigs the "kerpow bot" to be easier for her, but accidentally sets it to destroy. Polly must fess up to Lila and the two girls journey into the bot to reset it before it takes down the entire kerpow gym. Polly learns that it's okay for friends to have different hobbies.

To keep her family in their frozen states while Shani works on a cure, Polly and Lila take them into an ice cream truck. But keeping the ice cream truck driver at bay will require some extreme tiny skills and a visit from the "ice cream inspector" -- Lila in disguise. When frozen Paxton is mistaken for an ice pop, Polly must chase down and retrieve her frozen baby brother for imminent icy doom. In the end, Polly learns that listening to her dad can help her avoid air conditioning catastrophes.

But when all the things that Polly loves -- pampering, dressing up and good, clean fun -- fail to interest the fly, Polly learns the fly has a totally different idea of "amazing." Polly must overcome her disgust with "gross things" to allow Sheila to have her idea of fun which includes garbage, old food, and worst of all dirty diapers. At the end of the day, Polly is pleased to have made the fly's life amazing, but her success is short-lived when she realizes her efforts have attracted a whole fleet of flies to her house.

With the help of Lila and Nic, Polly and Shani must escape the aquarium without being noticed by the fans of the rare fish. Their journey takes them through the dolphin habitat and touch tank before they can "go big" without being noticed.

Polly will choose to help her feathered friend, no matter what the consequences. In the end, Polly learns that winning isn't everything.

By helping each person, Polly comes to realize that Grandma is right and people can generally be trusted to be honest and helpful. When their flight is about to leave, Polly and Lila must give up the search for the phone. But when they arrive at the airport, they find the kind taxi driver already returned it. People are great.

Not only do they have to evade the big babies, they can't be seen by the older girls who will surely make fun of them for being "babies."
