Episode 1
When Inspector Adams answers a telephone call from a little girl trapped in a warehouse, it turns out to be much more than he bargained for. Episode 2
A frantic woman insists that her fiancé is lost and injured in the bush. When Nipper learns that he had been threatening to leave her, he calls off the search. Mickey champions the woman's cause after getting to know her and her son but it become harder and harder for him to do so as more evidence emerges refuting her claim. Georgia returns to work after cancelling her wedding at the 11th hour.

Angel and Mickey volunteer to provide protection for a bookie after his business is targeted by a bomber. Angel discovers the temptation of easy money when he gets some tips on picking winning racehorses. Episode 5
During a rescue, Angel and Kathy are accidentally contaminated with radiation poisoning. While they deal with the after-effects, the squad searches for a radioactive tin picked up by a small boy. Episode 6
Brian is duped by an old friend of Nipper's who talks him into buying stock in a mining company but Brian's use of police resources to look up the address of a man who is later found murdered puts Brian's career and Nipper's life on the line. Two young men Nipper is training for the Iron Man get into trouble while scuba diving.
Episode 7
Brian gets challenged with his phobia, when the rescue squad has to search for missing persons in the subway tunnels.
Episode 8
Mickey gets worried about his son after a car with drugged teenagers crashes.
Episode 9
Nipper gets stuck in an elevator that breaks down due to an earthquake.
Episode 10
Kathy gets a little too involved with an adrenalin junkie.
Episode 11
Angel's had enough of the rivalry between Mickey and him. After a big row with Mickey, he leaves Police Rescue. He is transferred to Special Operations. 2 Youngsters are stuck on a cliff. One of them is rescued by Georgia by helicopter. Mickey stays with the other one till the chopper returns for them to pick them up. They wait for hours and hours. The weather conditions get worse. The helicopter cannot fly anymore because there is too much fog. It is impossible for Mickey to climb down, because the other guy is too badly injured. The only way to get out of there is by helicopter. So they have to wait for the fog to clear. As evening falls they get hypothermia more and more.
Episode 12
Angel and Mickey rescue a man who fell through a roof while being chased by two police officers and he pleads with Mickey not to be handed over to the officers. When the man is later pulled off the rocks at the bottom of a cliff, barely clinging to life, Mickey suspects the cops and works to protect the man and his girlfriend. The Rescue squad is audited.
Episode 13
Mickey has anger management issues after his father has a heart attack.
