The worst flood in over 60 years hits Lincolnshire causing mayhem on the roads; the air support unit assist with locating a woman trapped near a flooded riverbank and a drunk driver flees from an accident and ends up rolling their car off the road in a second accident.

Barry Peach plays catch-up with a speeding teenage driver and Mark Karlin stops a driver with heavily tinted windows - but ends up with a man who appears to be wanted for bail offences.
