Episode 1
The Laindon team stop two cars they suspect are carrying hard drugs, but as the driver of one takes off on foot, the other car speeds from the scene. A car stolen from London at knife point is heading their way resulting in a high speed chase. Stanway Interceptors stop a dodgy driver with an overloaded van and Chigwell's Steve Tisseyre stops an unlicenced driver who admits to stealing his mother's car.
Episode 2
Laindon and Chigwell units pursue a speeding stolen transit van which is failing to stop, but when it's abandoned, the driver has done a runner and the hunt is on to find him. A Vectra owner has faked his number plate and made off with unpaid petrol, and the Air Support unit assist with stopping a car involved in an attempted armed robbery. A tractor has overturned on a country road and the Stanway team help in getting the badly injured driver to hospital by air ambulance.
Episode 3
The interceptors embark on a high-speed chase when thieves steal a BMW. A drunk driver is detained and police must contend with a group of menacing teenagers.
Episode 4
With a population of 1.3 million people and a network of major motorways, Essex is a tough patch to police.
Episode 5
Officers pursue a group of international car thieves attempting to leave country in a stolen BMW.
Episode 6
The police dog unit is called into action to chase a thief. The pursuit of a Range Rover leads interceptors to a haul of stolen cars.
Episode 7
The best of the series so far, including a drugs stop that uncovers a dealer with 400 wraps of cocaine worth £10,000; the recovery of a number of stolen high-end cars; an assault at a student university bar leading to a number of arrests, and a young woman stopped for using her phone gives the interceptors a headache.

The officers in Essex are called on to take drastic action when a pursuit from London arrives in their area.

Members of Essex's high-speed police interception unit chase a kidnapper in a lorry across three counties.

The high-speed police interception unit pursues a stolen car through suburbs of Essex.

Essex's high-speed police interception unit chases drivers of a stolen BMW X5, and Stanway team gives two unsuspecting car thieves an early morning wake-up call.

Episode 14
Dave Wheeler and Steve Tisseyre are reverse rammed by a stolen BMW X5 they were pursuing, and Interceptors backed up by Met units are racing to catch a Clio doing 110mph. Roger Watson and Ian Flynn catch a petrol thief with 200 litres of stolen fuel in the boot of his car, and a fleeing truck driver is pursued along the M11 by six Interceptor cars and the helicopter unit.
