Episode 1
It has been a year since the incident in Laqua and the Rising Volt Tacklers have disbanded after Spinel successfully blamed them for what happened. Liko has returned to the Indigo Academy, Dot has returned home and Roy has gone to Kalos with Captain Pikachu. Upon learning about Pokémon acting abnormally, he goes to a forest and meets a young boy called Uruto. While there, they find a Slaking which appears to be on a Laquium induced rampage. Will they be able to calm it?

Episode 2
After finding a Slaking that had been affected by Laquium, Roy has gone to the Indigo Academy to get help from Liko, but after what happened in Laqua and with Terapagos not having come out of its Poké Ball since then, Liko is hesitant to help. Will roy be able to convince her?

Episode 3
Liko and Roy once again set out on a journey, this time in order to restore the truth about the Rising Volt Tacklers. Using information they receive from Dot, they chase down a Pokémon affected by Rakulium. This leads them to a place with countless holes in the ground, as well as traces of Rakulium.... Suddenly, a savage Haganeil shows up. How will Liko and Roy take on this Pokémon that boasts an impregnable defense?.

Episode 4

Gurumin receives an eyewitness report regarding the Black Rayquaza. Liko and Roy go to the town where the eyewitness lives, where they find the passionate Gurumin fan "Nyabby Girl". However, Nyabby Girl's attitude changes completely when she learns Liko and the others are members of the Rising Volt Tacklers. A battle starts, and Nyabby Girl sends out a Gaogaen, which Masquernya is at a type disadvantage against... What will Liko do?.

Episode 5
When Liko and the others learn that more and more Pokémon in a forest are getting sick, they begin to investigate whether or not this is because the Pokémon are affected by Rakulium. In the process, they run into Mollie, who's treating poisoned wild Pokémon. Mollie is currently working at a Pokémon Center... but the happy reunion gets interrupted by cries from scared Pokémon coming from the depths of the forest..... As they continue further in, they find a berserk Ruffresia scattering poison in all directions...?.

Episode 6
Liko and Roy make their way into an Exceed Testing Center where a demonstration battle showcasing the "Strong Sphere", a new product that makes Pokémon stronger, is taking place. However, just then Uruto arrives at the Testing Center as well.

Episode 7
Liko and the others learn of an eyewitness account of the Black Rayquaza near Fusube City, the home of a clan of Dragon Pokémon Trainers, but when they head there to investigate, a trio of masked Mototokage riders show up.

Episode 8
Nanjyamo asks Dot to come visit her in Hakko City, where a high number of pranks have apparently been played on Pokémon lately to scare them. When Dot checks the footage of these pranks, it turns out they're actually being played by a Maggyo?. It's quite fast too... could this be due to it being affected by Rakulium? Dot heads downtown to investigate, where she encounters...?.
Episode 9
Liko and the others reunite with Murdock in Cercle Town. Murdock gets really worried when he learns that they have reformed the Rising Volt Tacklers and are investigating Rakulium.
Episode 10
Liko and the others go to Karna's factory in the Galar region to meet with Orio, but when they ask her to build them an airship, she refuses, telling them to ask someone else. Liko and the others find themselves at their wits' end... but then Cap suddenly senses something and runs towards the forest. And believe it or not, there they find... the Brave Asagi, which they had been told had been dismantled!.
Episode 11
Liko, Roy, Dot and Uruto end up battling the Explorers at Karna's factory, where they have quite a difficult time against the Paldea Kentauros that have been strengthened by Strong Spheres. They observe the Kentauros' behavior and try to find a hint towards how to overcome them, however...?. And what does Orio feel when she sees Liko and the others' refusal to give up?
Episode 12
Liko and the others go to Orange Academy to meet with Omodaka and Principal Clavel in order to tell them the truth about the Strong Spheres. They also go to talk with Zinnia to find out what the actual connection between Rakulium and Pokémon is. Roy then meets Nemo again, and the two have their first battle in quite a while. It's time for a fierce fight between two Fighting types to begin: Lucario VS Parmot.
Episode 13
Liko and the others travel to the ruins in the Paldea region, where they split up and start investigating the Rakulium Signs... however, Roy, Uruto and Dot fall under a Collecurei's control and become obsessed with searching for coins instead. Meanwhile, Liko runs into Karato, a student from Orange Academy searching for his partner Scovillain. In addition, Pagogo reunites with a certain Pokémon in the ruins...!.
Episode 14
Nanjamo and Gurumin are going to do a collab event, which Gurumin fan Liko is overjoyed about. Zir from the Explorers had been planning to attend as well, but ended up accidentally losing his entry ticket.
Episode 15
After deciding to search for Amethio alongside Zir and Conia, Liko visits his house. There, she discovers a photo of Amethio as a child, taken on the only family vacation he ever went on... Placing their trust in this faint clue, the trio heads to the island the photo was taken on. Will they be able to find Amethio...?.
Episode 16
As Amethio is flying through the storm on his Armorga, he's about to fall into the sea when he gets rescued by... none other than Mighty G?. The two decide to rest in a nearby cave until the storm subsides, and for some reason they end up making curry rice...?. And then, after the storm, Liko and the others visit a beach where Surfugo tend to appear.
Episode 17
After a fight with Roy, Uruto runs away from the group, after which he encounters and befriends a boy named Rayu accompanied by a Taggingru. Uruto shows Rayu his cherished Dark Ball, but when he wakes up the next morning, he finds that the Dark Ball is gone.
Episode 18
Uruto infiltrates the Explorers' hideout, but ends up getting discovered and captured. His rescue comes in the form of... Roy. The two of them attempt to escape, but Rubella and Indi block their way... and the duo struggles greatly against their Strong Sphere-strengthened Pokémon. Just then, Uruto's Kairyu starts to...?.
Episode 19
Liko's grandmother Diana returns to the ship for the first time in quite a while. The new information she's obtained concerns a way to completely eradicate the Rakulium......? Liko and Diana also end up having a battle in order to train Liko's Carbou. How will Carbou take on Windie, who's likewise a Fire type?
Episode 20
Nakanuchan is once again cheerfully searching for iron to create the ultimate hammer. However, just when it finds some iron it really likes, the iron gets collected by a truck... Even after returning to the airship, Nakanuchan is unable to forget about this iron, so it dives off the ship just as it's about to take off...?. At the same time, Sango and Onyx are on the move, riding in an Armorga Taxi.
Episode 21
Liko and the others go to an Exceed facility to meet with Amethio's father Crave. However, the Explorers were lying in wait for them. This was all a trap they had devised. The Six Hero Pokémon that were captured by the Explorers then run wild. Liko and the others challenge them to a battle in order to calm them down, however...?.
Episode 22
Even though the Rakulium had been successfully purified thanks to Pagogo, the Super Strong Spheres at maximum output made the Six Hero Pokémon once again start running wild shortly after. Liko and the others are completely overwhelmed by their incomparable level of strength, but then a certain person arrives just when needed the most...? Will they be able to calm and get back the frenzied Six Heroes?.
