Pim is signing up students to watch a demolition of a factory but aborts that plan once Debbie begins to act evil and tells Pim that she must help with the making of 50,000 cupcakes. Pim tries to refuse but Debbie's eyes glow and she lifts Pim off the ground. The eighty students that would have been watching the demolition are now members of the group Berwick's Angels. Pim is appointed the slave driver of the group and beats a drum saying over and over again "Work, Work..." Phil and Keely hear the drumming and go to investigate. Pim and Keely have a conversation via cupcake frosting. Then Phil comes up with something. If the group eats the cupcakes (Debbie is ticked off by naughty nibblers and chihuahuas) then she will overheat because she is a cyborg. Debbie overheats and melts into a pool of black substance which Pim eats a taste of, after saying that she wasn't surprised it was sweet, her eyes glow just Like Debbie's did.

After Keely fails to take care of a plant for their science project, Phil uses a device called the New-ager to regrow a new plant. Keely is intrigued by the device and borrows it to surprise Phil at school. She makes herself 25 and does indeed fool him. But before she can be changed back to 14, Vice Principal Hackett sees her and asks her to substitute for his class while he pulls himself together after pining after his ex-girlfriend, Veronica. Keely - aka Ms. Vanderhoosy - has fun teaching a class, then bows out when Mr. Hackett returns. Hackett is smitten by Ms. Vanderhoosy, and asks her out for coffee after school. To quell Hackett's advances, Phil and Keely decide to have a 25-year-old Phil come by the café and play her boyfriend. Phil gets jostled as he's setting the New-ager, and instead makes himself 75 years old. Before he notices, he introduces himself to Hackett as Ms. Vanderhoosy's boyfriend. Hackett becomes depressed that a hottie like Vanderhoosy has a boyfriend that's 75. But Phil convinces Hackett that if there are babes for 75-year-olds, there must be someone for him. This restores his confidence, and he gets back together with Veronica.

When Curtis attacks the mailman, Phil uses the wizard to switch personalities with him. Crisis averted, he switches back to his own body, but then the wizard is broken. While Lloyd fixes the wizard, Phil's date--the mayor's daughter--repeatedly endures "Neander-Phil," or rather, Curtis in Phil's body.

Phil suspects Pim of having a boyfriend named Jerry and follows her only to find out that she is being bullied by a girl named Jerry. Phil tells Pim to stick up for herself and Jerry will stop. She does so and it works. The only problem is that, in doing so, Jerry's big brother, Myron, picks Phil as his target for bullying. Phil tries to follow his own advice only to be challenged to a fight in the bathroom. Phil finds a way to deal with Myron and Pim tries to help Phil out. This experience brings Phil and Pim closer together Meanwhile, Lloyd finds out that Curtis has stolen lawn ornaments from Keely's mother and returns them, only to find out Curtis took because he wanted a friend.
