Episode 1
An introduction course to Pete Boone, conducted by Pete Boone, Private Eye. Based on his term paper, Pete personally guides you through his life and tips to become a private detective.
Episode 2
Pete Boone begins where Season 7 left off, in his guise of a secret agent. Once back to his world of detection, Simon (his serial-killer-Dr Watson-type) again pleas with the private eye to focus and actually solve a case. After frustrating Inspector Gravel as usual, Pete does accept a challenge to find two stolen paintings. In the meantime, Clint Pettifrock is on the run, having escaped from gaol, and is now in hiding as a monk.
Episode 3
Simon is concerned that somehow Pete Boone has learned about his other life as the ponytail serial killer. Pete Boone meets up with a businessman called 'Kirk Lemonade' who seems to have the missing paintings. Simon learns there's a con man infiltrating the neighbourhood. Inspector Gravel continues to find working with his Pennant Falls Police Force, particularly the policeman who can't remember faces, a frustrating problem.
Episode 4
Pete Boone, and his 'Dr Watson' Simon, stumble upon the mysterious Earl Baskerville and his collection of wild dogs - and bananas. Is there a link with the missing paintings or a much more sinister secret?
Episode 5
Pete Boone falls over The Great Wuppo revealing news about The Hectariat and Earl Baskerville. After being attacked by Pete Boone, who seems to know an awful lot about koalas. Simon is forced into a new style.
Episode 6
Simon notices a young girl waving to Pete Boone as he does his morning jog. Inspector Gravel remarks about the sudden increase in killings in West Pennant Falls. Simon falls in love with one of Pete's visitors. Or is everything not what it seems?
Episode 7
Simon lets the audience follow him through his own version of hell in a typical 48 hours with Pete Boone. From another bizarre visit from The Grand Master, to hot cross buns, failed investigation techniques, and train journeys to nowhere, even relaxation is a torture that makes Simon's pact with the devil impossible.
Episode 8
A police neighbourhood BBQ, quickly becomes a crime scene. Unfortunately for Inspector Slade, he gets the call out and finds his nemesis Pete Boone already there.
Episode 9
Inspector Gravel has the feeling that somehow Pete Boone is involved in a rogue elephant being released in West Pennant Falls. Simon is having withdrawal symptoms missing Sophie, the new love of his life. Pete Boone tries to find what is worrying Simon, and decides to do him a favour by cleaning his clothes. Clint Pettifrock is found trampled in the park.

A very special celebration 100th television episode of 'Pete Boone, Private Eye' including loads of surprises, congratulations, bloopers of the current season 8, the crew, and a jaw dropping musical moment with Agent Triple Zero.
Episode 12
Pete Boone is bored with his office, deciding to change the layout. After being questioned by Kathy Redding, Pete visits a Dojo mentioned in Simon's case write-ups. Soon he's fighting against Sensei Dylan, zombies, and his mum.
Episode 13
Pete Boone aids and annoys Inspector Gravel trying to solve a locked room mystery. Meanwhile, Trent, a university student looking for a summer job, mistakenly and foolishly offers his services to assist Pete Boone.
Episode 14
Pete convinces himself he might have a missing brother. He soon finds himself in trying to solve a counterfeit money mystery in the adjoining town of Out West Pennant Falls. A showdown in the main street quickly evolves, and Pete, with Inspector Gravel ends up in heaven.
