A series of documentary shorts celebrating the life and legacy of four of LA's biggest Jewish philanthropists. In the series they each described their inspiring ascent from poverty to the financial peak they each achieved. Their stories demonstrate how early challenges can build up strength, resilience and entrepreneurship. The four men: Parviz Nazarian, Guilford Glazer, Jona Goldrich and Max Webb, are being interviewed in the series by Rabbi David Wolpe of Sinai Temple - named the most influential Rabbi in America by Newsweek Magazine and one of the hundred most influential. He discusses with them their deep commitment to the Jewish value of "Tikkun Olam" (repairing the world) that informs their philanthropy.
