A nurse, a cop, and the kiss of life bring the party to its climax.

Ron talks with a ganja-smoking rap artist and his homey; they give Ron business advice. Taylor mopes in the state room because the popular kids skipped her party. Constance tries to talk her out but fails, then Casey succeeds, and everyone's dancing. Can Taylor just have fun?
