A fire ravages Singkusing. We are introduced to young Princess. We see that she learned from her dad, Martin, to be helpful to others. We also see the Nieva family, a loving group where Princess learned how to be a good kid. But challenges enter the family when Andoy, Princess' younger brother, suddenly had difficulty moving his legs.

The doctor says Andoy has a congenital disease called tethered spine syndrome. Good thing that Martin and Selma have enough money from their investment. Unluckily, we are introduced to Rosa and Donald, the heads of the investment company. It looks like they're up to no good. During Princess' 13th birthday, investors rushed to the Nieva household to let out their anger after realizing they've been scammed.

Goodbye Pawpaw

Martin and Ernie try to contact the investment company but Rosa and Donald are nowhere to be found. Martin, then, receives news about Rosa and Donald's whereabouts. He tries to run after them as they escape in their car. Martin is thrown off the ditch. The next morning, Martin dies, leaving Princess and their whole family.

After 10 years, we see Princess, now attuned to her new life. She gets in an accident with an unknown man - Wes.

Good thing, Miko is still there, supporting and helping her. The whole Singkusing helps Princess during this hard time which angers Lyca, Princess' ex-bestie, more.

Lyca and her friends prank Princess. Again, the community is present to help her. She even gets a discount for the repair thanks to Lucing. All these problems, she connects to Wes. Meanwhile, Wes is tasked to go back to the community for his job, and it looks like he and Princess will meet again.

Jingjing tries her luck and approaches the volleyball team coach. What started as a rejection turns quickly into acceptance when she accidentally let her innate skill shine. Princess, on the other hand, finds herself in between a fight amongst her neighbors. But what a blessing in disguise this turned out to be. She finally sees Wes once again.

But with the help of Princess who, he says, knows everything about their place.

Princess is disappointed with her sister. Miko makes Jingjing realize the gravity of her mistake and even if he can't be Princess' boyfriend right now, he still wants to be supportive for her. Wes makes a rough cut of his documentary to present to the mayor. The mayor likes the video but finds it staged. She wants to see Singkusing's true heart personally. She gives the whole place one week to prepare something, or else, all businesses will be closed.

Wes continues his interview/immersion with Princess. He slowly learns the 'Singkusing' way of life. And because of the mayor's challenge, Ernie seeks the help of his citizens to think of brilliant ideas. Lyca and Princess go head-to-head for having the best concepts. In the end, everyone votes on who will lead the project.
