After killing her mother, Rachel is able to abscond with the cure to lead the project. Elsewhere, Ferdinand has kidnapped Mrs. S and Kira, their whereabouts unknown. Sarah, who is still on the island, is injured, but is determined not to leave without Cosima. Sarah, while nursing her injury, has to evade the Neolutionists, who she knows are after her. She also discovers that there is someone, or something else out in the forest that may provide an added threat. Cosima learns from others around her where she is being held, it a "camp" called Revival where Charlotte is also being held. With Delphine also there providing clandestine support, Cosima may have other thoughts as to her situation than Sarah. Alison and Donnie, hiding in the woods with Helena, discover the situation from Felix, they only being told that they should lay low and stay out of sight. They feel somewhat like open targets as they know the Neolutionists are after them while they have no idea as to what is being done either to protect them or to rescue Sarah and Cosima. Felix, Art, Scott and Hell Wizard, with few leads, are working together to find Mrs. S and Kira, and to help Sarah. They hope that Ira, who no longer has an allegiance to the project now that Rachel has taken over, will provide whatever information he knows. Art may be preoccupied himself as Lt. Hardcastle assigns him a new partner, Maddy Enger. Knowing that the police department is rife with Neolutionists, Art soon discovers if Enger is someone he should trust.

Rachel, having apprehended Sarah, is able to bring her back to the Dyad headquarters. There, Rachel is able to get Sarah in touch with most of those adults in her life that matter, including Mrs. S., Felix, Art, Alison and Cosima. To Sarah's amazement, they all encourage her to join Rachel under her lead of the project. Regardless of what she may tell her loved ones, Sarah is determined to escape Rachel's clutches and run off with Kira for good, she having to decide who she can and cannot trust under the circumstances. Her task may be more difficult as she learns that one of Rachel's most valued subjects would be Kira, who she has placed under tight surveillance to ensure that Sarah cannot run off with her. Ferdinand and Kira in particular may affect Sarah's plans. Meanwhile, Scott and Hell Wizard are able to flush MK out, she who may prove useful in her cyber-abilities beyond she getting to know and trust her sisters. Alison and Donnie/Helena have no idea where the other(s) is/are. The latter pair are in the hospital, Helena, pretending to be Mrs. Hendrix, undergoing tests to see how damaging the puncture to her womb is to either of the fetuses. Regardless of the medical staff trying to assist her, an untrusting Helena may have her own ideas of what is best for her and Donnie. And Cosima, still at Revival Camp, may have a more scientific outlook of her current predicament than any of her sisters in deciding what she should do.

Episode 3
Sat, Jun 24, 201742 mins
Sarah is trying to adjust to Kira willingly cooperating with Rachel, the adjustment made even more difficult as Kira seems to be shutting her out, not telling her or Mrs. S. what she and Rachel do together. Meanwhile, Alison and Donnie are being pressured to give up Helena's hiding place, it's unsure if Donnie has told Alison of Helena's whereabouts, leaving Donnie the weaker link. With Enger determined to use whatever mechanisms are at her disposal to make Donnie break, Donnie hopes that Art can steer her away from the bodies that are buried underneath the garage floor. Within this situation, Alison is facing a crisis of purpose. Neolutionists widely regard her as the unnecessary one among the surviving sisters - Cosima's scientific knowledge and Sarah and Helena's fertility being beneficial to the project - she is feeling shunned by her neighbors in Bailey Downs, they who were once her entire life, and she is feeling guilt in her role in Aynsley's death, Aynsley who was once her best friend before she wrongly suspected Aynsley as being her monitor. It's that time of the year for the annual fall fun fair which Alison used to organize, but who has been shunned in favor of Nona Walker. Alison has to try to find a way to regain her footing in life within all these items going on, or possibly reach a point of no return in her downward spiral.

Sarah is feeling even more detached from Kira, especially after she learns what Kira has done to herself partly as a result of her time with Rachel. Regardless, Mrs. S has a mission for herself and Sarah, which requires Kira going off with Uncle Felix in the meantime. That mission has several parts, with a somewhat confused Sarah being in a need-to-know-only position as Mrs. S asks her to do things that may make no sense at the time. She does know that they are following the trail of P.T. Westmorland--most specifically trying to find out his activities since his presumed death in 1898, and trying to meet with a Neolutionist defector. However, Sarah also feels the need to connect with a still-in-hiding Helena as Sarah begins to understand more fully the emotional connection between the sisters, especially between her and Helena who are the two most alike biologically. Mrs. S's plan also includes bringing into the fold someone from Felix's immediate past, that person who Mrs. S believes would be an asset to their cause despite what she knows will be Felix's objections. Meanwhile, Cosima has a new mission of her own, namely discovering who or what is in the woods outside of Camp Revival, that "being" which she believes to be connected to the goings-on from the big house and which Mud knows but seems reluctant to divulge. And a still-alive Susan states her position on the project, taking into full account that her "daughter" Rachel "killed" her under the guidance of Westmorland.

Episode 5
Sat, Jul 8, 201742 mins
As Mrs. S continues to find out more about Westmorland and Neolutionists with Scott and Hell Wizard doing most of the academic research, Sarah reaches a new agreement with Kira not only as mother and daughter, but concerning the tie to their heritage within Leda. Meanwhile, Cosima continues her leads trying to get information from Aisha as to what she is going through at Camp Revival, and trying to discover who the being in the forest is, she, with its tooth in hand, knowing that it is human despite what Mud or anyone else on the island may say. Cosima may have to work fast with the latter as the creature has killed yet again and the islanders want the matter dealt with before it kills again. And Delphine returns to the island. Cosima and Delphine's relationship continues its emotional course, where Cosima has to decide if she can trust Delphine in her keeping Cosima in the dark about certain issues. One of the issues about which Delphine is a bit more forthcoming is Kira and the fact that Rachel is doing research on her at Dyad, which may in turn affect what Cosima decides to do concerning that trust.

Episode 6

Sarah and Mrs. S., now knowing what Rachel and her associates at Dyad are planning with Kira, are trying whatever they can for Kira not to return to the institute beyond coming out and saying to Rachel and her associates that they know the goings-on. Their attempts at keeping Kira from Dyad happen in conjunction with news from Art and Scott, who are visited by Krystal and her cosmetologist friend Brie, they believing that the cosmetics industry has poisoned Brie, whose hair is falling out. Beyond the superficial issues that Brie is facing which Scott discovers are rather benign beyond the temporary hair loss, Art and Scott believe Krystal's concerns do have some merit in relation to the Neolutionists, especially when they learn that Krystal's new friend, Leonard Sipp, the owner of the cosmetics company BluZone, has sold it to a subsidiary of Dyad. While Art and Sarah want to take the lead in dealing with Sipp, Krystal has her own thoughts and sensibilities on the issue. Meanwhile, Cosima is still being held captive on the island in Westmorland's basement laboratory. The one person with who she routinely has contact is Mud, who she hopes will help her not only escape but with dealing with what she knows about what Westmorland is doing with the children at Camp Revival, and in the cure for the Leda and Castor clones. In the process, Cosima learns of why Mud is so loyal to Westmorland, that information which Cosima may use to her advantage. Cosima is unaware that there are a few others in the house who are on her side. And Susan is reunited with someone from her past, that meeting which is bittersweet for Ira.

Cosima, who was able to escape off the island with Charlotte, provides them with more distressing news about what she knows regarding the Neolutionists' plans for Kira. But being back at Dyad headquarters, Kira may have the best idea of what they want to do to/with her. Even if she is ultimately allowed to call home, Kira knows that any such call will be closely monitored and scrutinized. What happens with Kira may also be affected by Rachel, and what role she will play within the project overall now that Coady is back as lead scientist. Sarah and Mrs. S also hear from Felix and Adele, who are following the money trail in Switzerland. Their new information may take Sarah and Mrs. S in another direction. But they know that one of their most important missions, on Scott and Hell Wizard's lead, remains discovering Westmorland's true identity. Meanwhile, Coady is reunited with someone from her past, that person who she hopes will remain on her side. Now that Sarah and Mrs. S have Kira back, they need to get her into a safe place. The activity around their house is remarkably quiet which Sarah believes is not a good sign. However, Mrs. S would like them now to focus on other things in their lives, namely Felix's first art exhibit in two years, he and Adele who have come back from their sleuthing in Switzerland. This exhibit is important for Felix as major art dealers and critics will be in attendance. All the sisters who are around - Sarah, Alison and Cosima - know the role they are to play in Felix's big day. However, Sarah can't help but believe that Mrs. S is up to something. Cosima can't ask Delphine, Mrs. S's recent partner in crime, in their new "don't ask, don't tell" relationship. If Sarah were to discover what Mrs. S and Delphine are up to, she may not agree with what they hope will be their final attempts to bring Neolution down for good. Meanwhile, Gracie is still at the convent with Helena, the latter unaware of Gracie's true purpose for being there, which is not a need for sanctuary following Mark's death.

Sarah, Felix and Kira mourning the death of S coincides with them and the other sisters learning from Sister Irina that Helena has been kidnapped. The sisters' first thought is that she has been taken to the island, but they figure that the one person who they now may seemingly be able to trust to some extent who would know for sure is Rachel. Rachel is only able to fill in some of the pieces. However, with news of Dyad's involvement in the genetics project hitting the media, Interpol has been called in to take over from the police the investigation of the deaths of some Dyad board members. While this may pose some problems for Art, he knows that Enger too is someone who probably knows Helena's whereabouts. The sisters also believe that Al-Khatib may be useful under the current circumstances, where he is trying to protect himself from what is going on with the Board. Meanwhile, Westmorland is becoming more desperate for a cure as he knows he is close to death without it. He orders action be taken on Helena earlier than she may be ready. Under this circumstance, Coady, as the lead scientist, has to decide where her priorities lie: still with Westmorland, to Mark as the remaining Castor, or to the actual science. And as action is taken upon Helena, she has her own thoughts about what is best for herself and her unborn children, taking into account her entire existence, where she long believed she was the original and now knows she is only one of the clones.

Episode 10
Sat, Aug 12, 201743 mins
Helena and Sarah were able to escape from Coady, but not before Helena's water broke. Still in the Dyad facility, they have to remain elusive from Coady, Westmorland and their operatives including Enger. Westmorland is becoming increasingly desperate as his health quickly deteriorates, meaning he needs Helena's babies now for a cure. While staying hidden from their adversaries, Sarah still has to help Helena deliver the babies, which means finding a safe, clean place for her to deliver, and the necessary equipment which would be located somewhere in the facility. What Sarah and Helena are unaware of is that Art is also at Dyad trying to help them. Whoever is able to get the babies will be able to use them as the cure, which if that is Helena and her sisters means that their next step will be to find and help as many other Ledas as they can. If Sarah is able to make it out of this situation alive, she will have to decide how best to move on with her life with Kira, which also means doing it without S.
