Episode 1
When planning a multi-course dinner for six, we all think 'go with the classics' and so does sassy chef-host Kimberly Lallouz. For her, however, it's Classics... with a Twist. Use the One Big Recipe and cook along as Bread and Butter gets a smoke, honey, herb, and black sea salt makeover. Next, Shrimp Cocktail is reinvented with a horseradish kick in her Apricot Ketchup. Then, it's Potato Pave as a standalone course, garnished with tangy tarragon crème fraîche and briny salmon roe. Prime Rib is as classic as it comes, but with a sous-vide twist and truffle-spiked Pea and Lardon salad, plan to drop everything so you can twist along. Episode 2
Spring is in the air for this multi-course dinner One Big Recipe with engaging host Kimberly Lallouz. First up, it's Scallop Crudo, and it's peachy. Literally. Lamb Shanks braised with olives and sun-dried tomatoes are next, as an appetizer ragout, lovingly stuffed into pillowy, perfect mini-Yorkshire Puddings. Next, verdant spears of asparagus appear, topped with creamy, crunchy, soft-cooked egg Sauce Gribiche. Halibut is the main event, pan-roasted steaks are served over king trumpet Dill Pesto Mushrooms and finished with many melty coins of punchy Pink Peppercorn Compound Butter. Episode 3
Last things are first for this 'Upside Down' themed One Big Recipe featuring Montreal chef Kimberly Lallouz. Fruit and cheese to start? Why not? Check out her dessert wine poached Grilled Pears and Blue Cheese Salad. Next, Beef Tartare Sliders are spiked with horseradish aioli and served on warm brioche. Pasta follows, but in keeping with her topsy turvy theme, Korean flavour meets Italian savour in her Kimchi Pappardelle. Fish is next, Loup de Mer en Papillote with Écrasé Potatoes is dressed up with shaved fennel and rich beurre rouge sauce. How do you end an inside-outside-upside-downside dinner? What on earth and/or sea is super fun host Kimberly Lallouz cooking this week for her One Big Recipe? You guessed it - Surf and Turf. First on the beach are her Singapore-inspired Chili Crab Cakes, redolent with southeast Asian aromatics and spices like lemongrass, ginger, and galangal. 'Turf's up' next with a fresh off-the-hook Marrow Toast plate decked out with melty marrow, crispy crostini, and garlicky parsley salad. We all deserve a creamy cheesy break (right?), so of course, Risotto Carbonara with Crispy Pancetta and Enoki Mushrooms follows. Braised Veal Osso Bucco is the big deal main course, all shored up surfingly with scrumptious Seared Scallops and smoky Grilled Broccoli Rabe.
Episode 5
Who doesn't love Sweet Kisses? Join Chef Kimberly Lallouz as she showers them on her multi-course feast all laid out in One Big Recipe. Her Spicy Cornbread gets the first peck with lip-smacking Honey Butter. Then, it's a berry... nice smooch for a seared rare Duck Breast appetizer with Cherries and Walnuts. Avocado Honeydew Gazpacho follows, silky and savory, with just a gentle sugary buss from the melon, it's a chilled soup gorgeously garnished with crostini and mascarpone. Citrus smooches Salmon on the main course, butter-basted and presented with shattered dried citrus shards sprinkled over top and Basmati with Cranberries and Rice Vinegar alongside. Anyone can do it. What sets this cool One Big Recipe by charismatic chef-host Kimberly Lallouz apart? Folks, may I introduce the 'Wow Factor'? It's that hard-to-define special something, but we know it when we see it. Ogle her Chilled Mussels over Grilled Baguette lightly drizzled with vibrant, golden Saffron Aioli. Gasp at the golden gorgeous Roasted Mini Butternuts, ever so very vivacious with their Salsa Verde, tart Goat Cheese, and nutty toasted sunflower seed garnishes. Bone-in Veal Roast with an easy-to-execute and guaranteed-to-wow presentation is the apex of the event, with grainy mustard vinaigrette-dressed Charred Bok Choy halves. Dessert gets a moment in the spotlight, summer berries draped with applause-inspiring vanilla whipped cream and sweet, crunchy Macadamia Streusel.

Well-traveled chef Kimberly Lallouz has familial ties to India, Morocco, and Spain, with culinary adventures from the Far East to the Deep South. Her 'Spiced Up!' One Big Recipe tries to tell a few chapters of that flavourful story on the plate. Starting on the milder side of the spice cabinet, Herbes de Provence inspires her Mediterranean Tomato Tart with Basil Crème Fraiche. Next, South American spice meets northern ingredients in Arctic Char Ceviche with Rhubarb Vinaigrette. The centerpiece of her spice-studded supper is a Silk Road surprise, Cous-Cous Royale with Cornish Game Hens, Merguez Sausage and seasonal veggies. To finish, check out sweet, tangy, and pungent Blueberry Mostarda, served with creamy Burrata and Grainy Seed Loaf.
Episode 8
Protein-packed plant-based foods are on the One Big Recipe for chef Kimberly Lallouz's Vegetarian Dinner, five fun, filling courses designed for both vegetarians and omnivores. First up is yummy White Bean Hummus, served with pita, topped with savory Caramelized Onion Jam and fried sage. Next is umami-packed Grilled Treviso Salad with arugula pesto, red grapes, and pine nuts. Brussels Sprouts shine in her Kimchi-inspired Korean take, topped with crunchy brown butter cashews. Salt-Crusted Potato with Chive Oil will wow even the most skeptical carnivore in your orbit, and to finish, Pasta Giardina is a painting on a plate, tossing together multi-hued ribbons of garden veggies with fresh peas, mint, and a crumble of satisfying ricotta salata cheese.
