Refugees
Sarah worries about her baby's future if Albert continues to disappear. Nathan wants to end his punishment. Gerry's house and Ben Montour's raven sculpture are in danger.

Arrival and Departure
Hannah returns to Lynx River, with some noticeable changes. Brian's wife comes to Lynx River, determined to stay for good.
Episode 3
At Home and Away
Sarah, Gerry, and Rosemary sneak food to the banished Nathan Golo. Teevee returns to Lynx River and expects to pick up where he left off with Bertha and Kyla. Sarah is investigated for her mental health funds.
Episode 4
Limbo
A frustrated Gerry closes his store. Sarah doesn't want to give birth in Yellowknife. Ellen is angry when Peter doesn't appear to care about their baby. Nathan's isolation exhibits signs of insanity.
Episode 5
The Visit
Michelle leaves for Calgary to visit Hannah. She learns that Hannah is missing and decides to find her with the help of Andrew One Sky. Teevee returns to Lynx River with a new girlfriend and a lot of money.
Episode 6
Take Me Home
Teevee learns that the mine where he has been working has been closed. He has no money to pay for the motel where he been staying with Anne-Marie, so they are forced to move in with his family. Sarah can't wait for her baby to come. Michelle, Louis, and Andrew continue to search for Hannah.
Episode 7
The Weight
Following the tragedy of Hannah's death, Michelle wants Inspector Cormier to transfer her to Yellowknife. Sarah isn't ready to face Michelle, but when she does, Michelle isn't likely to react the way Sarah hoped she would. Wayne is having more difficulty than he has ever had dealing with Hannah's death.

A Shot Rang Out
Freddy Small Boat, about to die in a few days, accuses Albert of murdering Rosie's father 27 years ago. Rosie wants Albert arrested, but there isn't enough evidence. As the investigation progresses, tension rises in Lynx River.
Episode 9
Revolving Door
Andrew One Sky, the psychologist who helped Michelle search for Hannah in Calgary, comes to Lynx River. Coincidentally, Ellen needs a counselor to help her keep the treatment center open. Teevee and Bertha continue to fight.
Episode 10
Moonlight Sonata
Michelle wants to return to work, but Brian isn't convinced and calls in Inspector Cormier for his opinion. Teevee hatches a scheme to sell native crafts. When Sarah thinks about leaving, Nathan prevents her from taking the baby.
Episode 11
Vantage Point
Rosemary and Brian are accepted at a fertility clinic, but Brian is hesitant about going. Sarah arrives in Ontario, and her grandmother asks her to manage her properties, but what strings are attached to the offer?

Traces and Tracks
Michelle arrests William for smuggling drugs, and he pesters her until she knocks him unconscious. Teevee applies for a new job. Sarah returns to Lynx River looking for a place to stay.

To Have and to Hold
Sarah continues to search for living quarters for herself and the baby. Harris and Lois prepare for their wedding, but everything goes wrong. Michelle and Andrew argue over the treatment center.

A Safe House
Peter expresses his frustration about Michelle's relationship with Andrew One Sky. Teevee receives bad news about his recent job application. Betty comes to Michelle's house with Suzie Muskrat's son Charlie.
Episode 15
Prodigal Son
A fire breaks out in the treatment center, and Ellen is worried about the insurance. Suzie Muskrat comes to Lynx River, looking for her son Charlie. Rosemary and Brian return from Vancouver, concealing the real reason why they left.
Episode 16
Tango
Albert asks the band council to give him custody of Elizabeth, claiming that Sarah is an unfit mother. Charlie's social worker finds a foster home for him in Hay River. Rosemary miscarries, leaving both her and Brian emotionally wrecked.
