NL Now is a half hour talk and variety show set in St. John's Newfoundland Labrador. The show features the top actors, politicians, musicians, comedians and artists in Canada. The show is hosted completely by puppets. Some notable characters in the series include the charismatic purple puppet Gary Wheeseltin, Gary's wife Beverly, their son Wheeseltin Wheeseltin, his wife Stephanie and many more including Lou, Marty, Big Jim and Vince.
