Meanwhile, Dan is "over" the loss of Phil when he hires on a new errand-boy, who himself is polar opposite in appearance and demeanor to Phil, but does so much for Dan it's actually driving him nuts. It is up to both Dan and Mac to find out what really matters in each one's lives.
