15-year-old Kristen Galvan is a model student when she falls in with a bad crowd. One day, she doesn't come home from school. A few days later, she calls her mother Robyn and says she's fine and is going to buy her a Louis Vuitton wallet. Baffled, Robyn reports her missing. Ten days later, Houston police find Kristen on the notorious Bissonnet st. She's got $4000 cash on her and police say she may have been trafficked. A few weeks later, Kristen is recovering at home, when she vanishes again.

Robyn teams up with a PI and searches Houston's notorious Bissonnet st. for her daughter Kristen. She enters a world of pimps, johns and scammers she had no idea existed. Kristen is spotted in other cities, and there are rumors that she had a baby in a porta-potty. Robyn, though, cannot find her daughter. Kristen's trafficker is arrested and pleads guilty to human trafficking. He claims he doesn't know where Kristen is. Was she killed by a date? Is she still out there somewhere?

Frustrated by the lack of support from law enforcement, Aubrey's aunt and uncle organize searches and chase numerous leads, including that Aubrey is being held captive, and that she's the victim of a hate crime.
