The Ultimate Husker Fan - Steve Harley may be the ultimate Husker fan. Since 1969, he's created a scrapbook for every season of Husker football. That's 700 pounds of memories. Away Games - Go on the road with the Cornhusker Marching Band to the Holiday Bowl to see what it's like to travel, practice, and perform with these dedicated musicians who represent over 60 academic majors at the University of Nebraska. The Forgotten Artist - Artist Dale Nichols (David City) took his childhood memories of rural Nebraska landscapes and turned them into paintings. Today they are national treasures. Avenue Scholars - A group of Omaha philanthropists found an inventive way to help struggling high school kids transform their lives. Begun in 2008, the Avenue Scholars program has met with continued success - just like the students it serves. A Promise Kept - In 1877, at the request of her grieving parents, the people of Neligh agreed to care for the grave of a Ponca Indian girl. Since that day, the town has tended the grave and recently, the tribe said thank you in a special ceremony.

At the age 13 Tim Welch lost the limbs on the right-side of his body in a train accident, as an adult Tim's misfortune inspired him to become a makeup artist specializing in horror makeup. Painter Michael Burton turns his art into stop-motion animation or what Burton calls "paintamation." His work is fascinating and incredibly wonderful. The Kregel Windmill Factory looks nearly the same as the last day Arthur Kregel locked the door to his family business in 1992. The factory operated for over 100 years and today it is a museum that celebrates American industrial technology. A dried lakebed near McCook reveals information about prehistoric people who once inhabited the area.

Worldwide Ginger Snaps - When her nephew Jimmy was deployed to Afghanistan, Sigrid Wimberly turned her kitchen into her own private canteen. Her spicy sweet cookies not only made the journey overseas, they made Jimmy a lot of friends. High Noon at Winnetoon - Step back to the days of the Old West with a guided tour of the Winnetoon Boardwalk Back-In-Time 1910.
