Episode 1
A mysterious woman haunts Ritik
Hrithik wakes up from a bad dream and is asked by his Tanvi as to what did he dream about. Elsewhere, Yamini asks her husband to take off his black suit and then he is asked by his niece to come soon for the prayer service. On the other hand, a pandit tells Yamini that her son needs to get married before the age of 25 or otherwise his life will be in trouble. Later, Hrithik hits an old man with his car and decides to take him to the hospital. In the meantime, Hrithik and his relatives joke around about ghosts being in the haveli but Yamini interrupts their conversation.
Episode 2
The Naagin begins with her revenge plan
A pandit blesses Sesha to carry out the destruction of Raheja family. In the meantime, Hrithik loses his consciousness at the cliff. Meanwhile, Yamini and rest of the family go with the police in search of Hrithik. Meanwhile, a woman helps Hrithik come up from the cliff and later she declines from disclosing her name to him. Meanwhile, Hrithik's father tells everyone that they are leaving for Mumbai immediately. Later on, Hrithik goes to thank the lady that helped him out and later, saves her from the falling roof. Also, Hrithik's father gets shocked at seeing a pandit, who gives him and his wife a warning about the naagin wanting her revenge.
Episode 3
Sesha's truth revealed?
Shesha reaches the family as a dancer. She mix poison in drink targeting one of the family members. Though affected by the poison no one is harmed by it. But yaamini saw shesha turning into naagin. She is now fear that the naagin would destroy her family

Shivanya re-enters the house
Tanvi and Hrithik's engagement is underway when Shivanya re-enters Hrithik's house with the help of Sesha. She intends to avenge her parent's death.

Viren's attempts to get intimate with Shivanya
Shivanya returns to the Raheja house. Viren tries to molest Shivanya, but Ritwik saves her. Viren blackmails Shivanya to get intimate with him. Later, Ritwik slowly falls in love with Shivanya.
Episode 6
The truth about Hrithik's horoscope
Hrithik wakes up from a dream of snake and questions Shivanya if she is related to a family of snakes. On the other hand, Ankush and Yamini get shocked at seeing a poster in the house and hide it. Meanwhile, Shivanya thinks about stopping Hrithik's marriage at all cost. In the meantime, Ankush requests the pundit to change the date of Hrithik's marriage and Yamini joins their conversation. Later, Hrithik tells Tanvi that he doesn't want to hurt her and is marrying her just for her happiness but not for love. On the other hand, Shivanya meets Viren at the hotel room and he gets shocked at her changing shape.

Conflict at the Wedding ceremony
Naagin bites Viren. Tanvi plans to cancel the wedding ceremony. Yamini is shocked to see Shivanya as the bride. Shivanya plans to take revenge, she also convinces Yamini to let her marry Rithik.

A Marriage Made in Heaven
Hritik's mother arranges his marriage with Shivanya instead of Tanvi on account of Shivanya saving Hritik's life. Hritik shows his love for Shivanya by offering her freedom. Sesha performs the puja at the temple.
Episode 9
An unexpected blessing for Shivanya
Yogiraj blesses Shivanya to be married forever, as opposed to her wish of seeking revenge on her enemies. Meanwhile, Ankush has strange hallucinations which reveals the name of the fourth culprit, Suri.

Naagin Unleashed
Pandit tells yaamini that only gurumatha can save family from the naagin's revenge. Shivanya wants to know who is gurumatha. Yaamini takes shivanya with her to gurumatha. At the cave of gurumatha she tells yaamini that the eagle with her will kill the naagin. She also gave them special rings in order to protect them from the wrath of naagin.

Sesha to kill Suri
Suri, who is the fourth killer returns to India. Though shivanya did not know who is the fourth killer, her Guruji knows that the fourth killer had six fingers. Finding Suri had six fingers shivanya don't want to kill him because she's not sure they he is the killer. Meanwhile shesha decides to expose him before Shivanya. She wins in doing it but due to the ring shivanya is unable to kill him.

Naagin's Vengance
Shivanya tries to kill Suri one time again, but he escapes. Shivanya had a beautiful dance in front of hrithik. Hrithik absolutely fall in love for shivanya. Tanvi tries to find the secret of shivanya. She finds a photo of shivanya and her parents in front of the palace. She determines to find out shivanya's connection with the palace.

Naagin ploys killers against each other
Shivanya takes the form of an astrologer named Ramya and warns the killers. Alongside, Sesha takes the form of Monisha and tricks Sailesh into seducing the real Monisha.

Naagin's close escape
Guruma tries to hinder Sesha's actions through her witchcraft, but she escapes. Sesha deviously calls Suri in the temple to kill him.
Episode 15
Will Shivanya attend the Mahakali puja?
Suri's shock: Shivanya's at the temple. Guruma orders a 'Mahakali Puja' to expel the 'naagin', forcing Shivanya and Rithik to participate.

Ritik is poisoned
Shivnaya unknowingly makes Ritik eat poisoned kheer. The family leaves for the puja. The bus in which the family is travelling for the havan is attacked.

Shivanya fights Mahakali
Kali Ma possesses a young girl and kills Sesha. Later, Shivanya uses the idol of Lord Shiva and pleads to Kali Ma to give back the lives she has taken.

Naagin enters the Haveli
Shivanya persuades Goddess Kali to side with the innocent snakes. Shivanya and Ritik go to the old Haveli; Sesha disrupts Guruma's prayers and bites her.

Dewvdi's Secret
Shivanya and Ritik are trying to find the hidden secret of the dewvdi. While Sesha is caught by Guruma and Shivanaya will now have to save her.

Sesha and Shivanya wins yet again
Guruma traps Sesha.Shivanya makes a snake bite her and asks Rithik to take her to Gurumaa .Rithik and Gurumaa go to the forest to get herbs, while Shivanya goes inside the cave and saves Sesha.

The wrong Locket
Yamini and family doubts Shivanya about the necklace that was found in Guruma's den. However, Sesha manages to dodge them and Shivanya is saved. Kabir finally arrives at the Raheja house.

Sesha plans to kill Sailesh Mathur
Sesha and Shivanya plan to kill Sailesh and take the advantage of the premier party of Kya Kool Hain Hum-3. Sesha appears as Ankur and takes the ring off Sailesh's finger and calls him to Shiv Mandir.

Kabir kills Tanvi
Tanvi sees Shivanya and Shesha transforming into serpents. Kabir transforms into a big Mongoose in front of Tanvi and kills her. The fake Kabir kills the real Kabir.

Kabir tries to kill Shivanya.
Rithik grieves over Tanvi's death. Kabir tries to kill Shivanya but Gurudev saves her. Sesha and Shivanya want to find the mongoose. Kabir traps Sesha.

Shivanya and Sesha kill Kabir
Rithik tells Shivanya that he saw a dream about a diamond. Shivanya takes Kabir's watch to Guruji. A masked man comes and kills Suri's wife.

Nagapanchami day
Monisha is shot by a stranger. Shesha suspects Rithvik, but the truth is revealed - Ankush is the killer. Nagapanchami rituals unfold in Ankush's house.

Shivanya, poisoned by a dagger, fights for survival as Gurudev attempts a cure. Sesha, her transformed clone, discovers a mark on Ritik that echoes a legend in the book "Naagmani."

To save shivanya shesha converts to gurumatha and prompts raheja family to send hrithik with shivanya (really it was disguised shesha) to the temple. shivanya also reaches there but she was trapped by a snake and shesha rescue her. Later with using hrithik shivanya is back to her life.

Shivanya returns home
Shivanya reunites with a Sesha-controlled Ritik. Rejecting his enchanted love, she forces him away, defying Remya's accusations of being a Naagin, confirmed false by Guruma.

Shivanya gets her powers back
Katak and Sesha restore Shivanya's powers through ancient rituals. Lord Krishna intervenes, granting her strength. She exacts revenge on Shailesh and his men.

Ritik witnesses the killing of Shailesh
Shivanya's resurrected powers claim Shailesh's life. Traumatized Ritik alerts the family, leaving them shocked. Sesha aids Shivanya in retrieving the Mang Tika.

Still shivanya is killing her parent's killers , she doesn't know who is their head. The secret is now revealed to the audience that hrithik's father is a king and is captured by yaamini the king's half sister and raheja. Yaamini was the 5th killer which is out of shivanya's knowledge.

Yamini Tries to Steal Nagmani
While shivanya is a naagin she is now developing feelings for hrithik. She loves him and want to his good wife after she finished her revenge. On the other side yaamini's truth is more revealed. she had came to know about naagmani the precious naagin gem and killed her brother's wife and the whole family and captured her brother who was a king and started to rear his son hrithik. Then she was married to a gardener raheja and make him a partner of her business

Sangram Singh Escapes from the Cave
Hrithik saw his uncle was killed by a naagin but he was not able to see her face . He got her maang tikka and set to show this to gurumatha . Knowing this shesha attacks him and catches the maang tikka from him. Seeing the symbol in the maang tikka and that of hrithik's neck was same, she consults her mother. She came to know that this was a symbol of Surya dynasty and the king himself gives the maang tikka to shivanya's mother.

Shivanya gets shocked on seeing the photo given by Sesha as Hrithik's father is in it and then think as to how is Yamini connected to all this. Later, Yamini gets shocked on getting to know that Shivanya is a naagin and then decides to plan something against her. Sangram Singh reads an ancient book and learns that Mahishmati race. Meanwhile Mayuri captures Sesha.

Finding the fifth murderer
Sesha in Ritik's disguise assaults Sangram Singh and he reveals how Yamini betrayed him for the Nagamani. Later, Shivanya in Sangram's disguise attacks Yamini to learn about the fifth murderer.

The Aghoris capture Shivanya
Yamini gives jewelry as a gift to Shivanya and as she starts crying and is asked about the problem, she tells about her brother being still alive and him having killed the naagin couple. On the other hand, Hrithik takes Sesha, who is in the disguise of Shivanya, along to give her a surprised and Yamini get surprised looking at them as the real Shivanya is with her. Later on, Sesha kills the owner of jewellery store and then leaves with Hrithik as Shivanya. Stay tuned to know what happens next. Elsewhere, Hrithik's real father does not find the book and thinks that Yamini might have taken it away. On the other hand, Shivanya is captured by a few sadhus.

Ritik the saviour
Sesha joins Shivanya's fight against the Aghoris, but gets trapped. Ritik arrives with the police, saving them and the other serpents.

Hritik surprises Shivanya with a cake for their six month anniversary and soon, they discuss the dream he had. On the other hand, Ankush tells Yamini that he is scared of her love and adds that she looks beautiful when she is angry but is soon told the plan to kill at-least one naagin. Later on, Shivanya stops Sesha from killing Ankush and tells about killing him herself, and asks her to stay with the celebrations in her sister's getup.

Yamini complements Hrithik for his decision and asks Shivanya (Sesha) if she is getting married of her own will. In the meantime, Sesha hopes for her sister, Shivanya to come back to stop the marriage. Elsewhere, Ankush searches and calls out for Shivanya but gets attacked by a few women. On the other hand, a police officer informs Hrithik, Yamini and others that Ankush is in jail, and this stops the marriage.

On the other hand, Shivanya finds a crack in the wall and sees bright light coming through it. She realizes that the Nagmani is somewhere on the other side of the wall and she transforms herself into a naagin to reach there. Ritik is not ready to leave Shivanya alone at the temple because he's afraid that Shesha and Yamini might do anything in order to get the nagmani. However, Sesha's plan backfires when Kabir is forced to turn into a mongoose and Sesha turns herself into a snake to fight him. Later, Kabir returns and kidnaps Ritik; and Shivanya seeks Sesha's help to save him, but she demands a great price.
