When Ariel says she wants a band to perform at her party, her dad insists on hiring a '60s cover band which is different from what Ariel and her friends usually get down to. Will Ariel get her fairy-tale ending, or will this party turn into a pumpkin?

She's thrown amazing parties her entire life, and her Sweet 16 must be huge to top the bashes she's thrown in the past, so she's pulling out all the stops; the budget is damned. Her theme is Winter Wonderland themed Winter Wonderland-themed. She's determined to come up with ideas that will have all her friends in awe -- her invitations were sent out in blocks of ice which kids had to smash to get to the invites, and she's having her name spelled out in fireworks at the end of the party. Also, she insists on displaying all the food and drinks on large ice bars. She's even going to have a money machine at the party where She places $1,000 inside for her guests to win and can score some moolah of their own. Though her party has no budget, The trouble is that daddy's little girl can't plan this party without her pop, who sometimes lets his quirky personality get in the way. Rachel becomes angry when he doesn't book a big-name celebrity for her party and hires ballet dancers instead, much to her dismay. Will Daddy Bigbucks make all of Rachel's dreams come true, or will some of his behavior turn her big night into a nightmare?
