Aaron and April are moving from North Carolina to sunny Hawaii to fulfill their dream of raising their two daughters on the island. They give real estate agent Wayne Chi an all-in budget of $1.3 million and are hoping for a home with an updated kitchen, fresh master bath, and outdoor entertainment space. Wayne shows them a gorgeous new-build duplex close to the beach and a classic Hawaiian home with a spectacular view. But when Aaron and April eliminate a third house because of its outdated rooms and steep price tag, they're left with a tough decision.
