The negotiations move to between Rodrigo and Edward, the latter who is trying to solidify the coup to replace Gloria as board chair, especially timely in light of what Nina did. What happens with the special vote of the board to discuss what Rodrigo and Edward negotiated, which includes accepting the union's latest proposal item for item, will affect Rodrigo, Thomas and Hailey's future with the orchestra, that is if there is an orchestra with which to be associated.
