Episode 1
A rash of abductions of young boys that end up brutally murdered is plaguing London, and police are powerless to stop it. When William James Moriarty discovers a clue linking all the victims, he and his brothers take an interest in the case.

Episode 2
In 1866, a brilliant young orphan and his ailing younger brother are taken in by a charitable aid organization, where they catch the attention of the son of an earl, who is discontent with Britain's class system.

Episode 3
Albert invites the brothers to come live at the Moriarty's estate, but the pair are not warmly welcomed by the other members of the household. Albert grows increasingly disturbed by his family's intolerance, and resorts to drastic measures.

Episode 4

William begins teaching at the University of Durham, and is invited to dinner at the home of the Viscount of Belfor. He and his brothers are stunned by the viscount's well-kept conservatory, but taken aback by the tragic story of its gardener.

Episode 5
When one of Moriarty's students goes missing, he decides to resolve the matter, and find the secret behind the death of his student's lover.

Episode 6
A commoner is chased, shot by a hunter. On the maiden voyage of the Noahtic, Count Blitz criticizes commoners onboard. William plans to educate commoners by committing murders, starting with Blitz.

Episode 7
The second act of Moriarty's plan initiates.

Episode 8
Due to financial problems, Consultant detective Sherlock Holmes must find a suitable flatmate, however, the Police have to arrest him in suspect of murder.

Episode 9
Holmes convinces Lestrade to let him escape, revealing evidence of Drebber's murder. Holmes seeks the owner of a stolen ring. Instead of shooting him, Holmes turns him in, earning William's admiration as his nemesis.

Episode 10
Holmes, now Britain's famous detective thanks to the Drebber case, suffers nightmares and struggles with solving mysteries. While on a train with Watson and Lestrade, he meets the Moriarty brothers, and a passenger is killed.

Episode 11
Watson is arrested for the passenger's murder. Sherlock and William agree to a friendly competition on who will catch the killer quicker.

Episode 12
Mycroft looks for Irene Adler, a thief responsible for stolen government secrets. Holmes is tasked with tracking her while Mycroft asks Albert Moriarty to retrieve the documents and terminate Irene.

Episode 13
Albert arranges a masquerade ball to get in touch with Irene who is now living with Sherlock in order to save herself. Meanwhile, Sherlock deduces Adler's true plan and aims to use her to uncover the identity of the Lord of Crime.

Episode 14
Irene meets with Albert in order to negotiate her freedom for the stolen documents. Meanwhile, due to the scandalous nature of the documents, Mycroft is forced to let William continue reforming society.

Episode 15
After receiving a new name, Irene Adler, now a man called James Bonde, is welcomed amongst the ranks of the Moriartys. He's sent to retrieve the contents of a safe deposit box alongside Sebastian, Louis and Fred. However, when an unexpected bank heist turns a simple job into a chaotic one, everyone spurs into spontaneous action. Bonde can only wonder what to do as everything spirals out of control around him.

Episode 16
A series of heinous murders are being committed by someone claiming to be the infamous Jack the Ripper. In response to the horrific crime, a group of vigilantes forms from poverty-stricken citizens. William and the real Jack scramble to uncover the identity of the fake who aims to foil their plans.

Episode 17
The Jack the Ripper Case is finally put to bed by the Moriartys, or so they believe. Lestrade suspects a frame job and asks Holmes for help looking for evidence. Meanwhile, Patterson tries to find a way to sneak Bonde inside the station.

Episode 18
While investigating William's history, Charles Augustus Milverton discovers an old court case in which William went against a nobleman named Lord Baxter.

Episode 19
Adam Whiteley is a young MP in the House of Commons. He's working toward an equitable society and garners public support as a "White Knight." Milverton is hired by those opposed to Whiteley. While Milverton is tasked with getting rid of young Whitely, William takes an interest in him.

Episode 20
Adam Whiteley goes in alone to deal with the House of Lords. He goes with the irrefutable proof obtained from Albert in hand. However, he finds Milverton, the king of blackmailers. Even as Whiteley negotiates with him, Milverton's devilish clutches close in on his dear brother.

Episode 21
John's fiancee, Mary, asks Sherlock to uncover the mystery behind his father's odd actions and disappearance.

Episode 22
For the sake of John and Mary, Sherlock has to confront the King of Blackmailers, Charles Augutus Milverton. Meanwhile, William James Moriarty, The Crime Lord, has his own plan for Milverton.

Episode 23
The Final Stage in William James Moriarty's plan starts, and Her Majesty the Queen turns to Sherlock to solve this problem.

Episode 24
While William has set fire to London, Sherlock must confront him in the eyes of the public, and tries one last time to save him.

Episode 25
William and Louis travel to the city of Bath to investigate a vandalized painting. They find Sherlock and Watson, who have come for the purpose.

Episode 26
After having avoided it for so long, the members of the Moriarty household face their worst nightmare: holding a tea party for the nobility.
