Ten aspiring female rap artists join together to compete for the grand prize of $100,000 and the title of Miss Rap Supreme. For the first competition, Yo-Yo has the women rap for each other as tensions flare to a boil.

With one less rapper, this week, the females will compete in a So Seductive Rhyme Challenge at the place where seduction reigns supreme, a strip joint. As former alliances become broken, another rap artist loses their running for the title of Miss Rap Supreme.

The eight remaining ladies go on a shopping spree hoping to channel their inner male rapper. After a hysterical Pageant Time, two rappers get in a heated "good vs. evil" debate. The rappers are surprised when their rapping idol Too $hort makes an unexpected appearance to battle against them. Before the next girl is eliminated, Ghostface Killah makes a late-night visit to the Fembassy hotel.

With seven female rappers left, guest director John Singleton gives the girls a few acting pointers. Next up, the ladies compete in a "Hook, Rhyme & Swinga" Challenge. As tensions continue to rise between the remaining participants, one unhelpful peacemaker only makes things worse as another girl gets eliminated.
