In this episode, Contessa brings Quad, Dr. Heavenly and Dr. Simone from Atlanta to Los Angeles to visit her army buddy Britten. Contessa is fully healed and ready to show off her new bikini body while working on her up and down friendship with Simone. Quad wants a break from all the drama surrounding her divorce and Heavenly is always up for a girl's trip. Britten's friend, Asha, shows her flair for theatrics by inviting them all to her Wakanda-themed celebration. Here, the Atlanta girls meet up with Contessa's college gal-pal, Imani, along with many other LA doctors and wives whose glamorous lifestyles show the Atlanta ladies just how different it is to be married to medicine in LA.
