As a winter storm traps everyone inside at The Mansion, Scarlett lets Evil Baby Demon Clown watch cartoons in her room to keep him occupied until he can play outside again. However, an EBDC with extra time on his hands tends to get into mischief, even with cartoons for entertainment.

CJ finds himself blamed for a series of werewolf related incidents across the college campus. Buzz Mackenzie, President of Delta Omicron Gamma, and D.O.G's faculty advisor, Professor Lon Talbot, arrive with Sgt. Wednesday to put our favorite young lycanthrope behind bars. But is he really guilty, or is he being framed again?

Unfortunately, the salesman is actually famed jewel thief DJ Ruffles, looking for a place to store his latest acquisition, and the necklace is the real Feline of Eternal Optimism, an ancient bauble that carries a powerful curse.

But will he be able to tell Scarlett apart from Sapphire before extracting vengeance?
