Amelia Bushell's stolen necklace fuels the action as Sgt. Wednesday and Myron Bushell turn the place upside down looking for it. Suspects include a visiting CJ the Werewolf, home to celebrate the show's 10th anniversary with Mother Scarlett; a nervous Adam Frank..alin; Dr. Victor Frank..alin and Imelda, who seem to be building something in the library; and the ghostly Sir Remington Farnsfield, who just can't seem to get along with Sgt. Wednesday. And let's not forget Myron and Amelia's daughter Veruca, who has a suspicious looking sack with her.

And what exactly is the special seasoning in the popcorn he is serving them to go with the movie?

With Victor away, Imelda uses her magic spell book to rid the Mansion of Veruca's pet rabbit Spunky once and for all. However, once the spell is cast, she begins seeing terrifying visions of Spunky. Are they real or her imagination. Meanwhile, while searching for her pet, Veruca finds out what Imelda and Victor are building in the basement.

Patchwork monster Adam finds a magic lamp while cleaning. He releases a genie named Magnifico who offers him wishes to thank him for his freedom. However, Magnifico finds Adam's simple wishes somewhat boring. But when Veruca comes calling, he finds her wishes more to his liking.

Alien visitor Miranda and her robot return from their whirlwind tour of the planet, while at the same time Victor and Imelda finally retrieve Elsa, their wayward creation, and try to sneak her back into the laboratory without anyone noticing. Of course, with Sgt. Wednesday and Myron Bushell around, that's an impossible task. Adding a bittersweet note, one of Scarlett's boarders departs from The Mansion, and the show, permanently.

Victor and Imelda prepare to take their new creation Elsa out trick or treating. All they need is a costume, and unfortunately Magnifico the Genie decides to help. Meanwhile, Veruca is shaking down the neighborhood for holiday treats and Myron receives some news from Sgt. Wednesday about the annual Halloween decorating contest.

Two new members of the Homeowners' Association, one of whom has past connections to both the ghostly Sir Remington Farnsfield and Magnifico, are soliciting new members for a "social club." Victor, who is looking for ways to domesticate patchwork monster Elsa, mistakes their invitation for a play date, and Veruca, who's always looking for ways to build her power base, may be interested as well. And let's not forget Professor Lon Talbot, who finds out that the new neighbors may be able to give him some relief from his lycanthropy, at a price.

Scarlett hosts a Christmas party for her tenants and neighbors. Victor reads the Legend of the Yule Cat to Elsa and Adam. Angie and Farnsfield reminisce about Christmases past, and, as always, Sgt. Wednesday favors us with a holiday song. Meanwhile, several friends send video Christmas cards, and a very special guest shows up at the end to sing a carol with Scarlett.
