Episode 1
Yuu Morisawa is a 10 year old girl living in her parent's crepe shop in Creamy-ga oka. Toshio, a slightly older boy, introduces his fat friend Midori to you, but she storms out of the house, uninterested: she saw a strange flying Ship and decides to follow it. Two cat-like aliens named Nega and Poji invite her inside the ship where she meets Pino Pino, a friendly alien who says Yuu helped him find his way to Feather Star. He rewards her by offering a magic wand for an entire year after-which Pino Pino will come get the magic back. He makes it clear that she is to keep the secret to herself. Yuu's Mom and Dad scold her for staying out so late, yet they soon welcome Nega and Poji in their home. The two cats help Yuu using her wand: with it, she can transform into an older self. Now, what can she possibly do with that?

Episode 2
Yuu wakes up early, leaving Nega and Poji behind and runs out of the house, eager to use her magic powers. She hides behind a tree in the park and transforms. She walks around town and is soon noticed by producer Shingo Tashibana, from Parthenon Production Company. He is in desperate need of a last minute replacement for his star singer, Megumi Ayase, who happens to be late for her TV show. Before she knows it, Yuu is pushed in front of the camera and when asked her name, "Creamy Mami" is what first comes to her mind because of her parent's "Creamy Crepe" shop. She is then asked to sing a song she knows nothing about. Thanks to a little magic, she hums "Delicate ni Sukishite" (Love Me Delicately). It's an instant success! Yuu makes a run for the exit and calls Toshio so he can come get her. Toshio was watching TV and really appreciates Creamy Mami, which makes Yuu terribly jealous.

Episode 3

As fun as magic is to you, she does not want to appear on TV anymore. Shingo Tashibana from Parthenon Production is desperate to find her again, which makes star singer Megumi Ayase very jealous. Toshio phones Shingo saying he saw Creamy Mami twice before and invites him over at Yuu's Crepe shop. When Yuu realizes that Toshio really wants to see Creamy Mami make her debut, she decides she will personally meet him as Creamy Mami to explain her decision. That is precisely when Shingo tries to abduct her as he was following Toshio. He takes her to the studio and, with involuntary help from Megumi, talks her into singing "Delicate ni Sukishite" in front of the camera.

Episode 4
Creamy Mami is now a famous new idol. Yuu pretends to be sick so she can avoid helping her parents at the shop and go sing instead as Creamy Mami. Unfortunately, she later loses her magic compact on the playground. Midori finds it and offers to return it. Will Yuu be on time for the evening show ?

Episode 5
Megumi becomes suspicious when she sees Creamy Mami enter a room with a plush and Yuu come out with the same plush. Could it be that they are the same person ? She and one of her fans trap Yuu into a prop cage during Creamy Mami's TV appearance to prove her point. Unfortunately, magic cannot help Yuu this time. So who can ?

Episode 6
Creamy Mami is to shoot a TV commercial in Natsukawa valley. While on the train to go there, Midori tells Yuu and Toshio that in Noppara grotto, a legendary deer is said to be trapped. Nega and ¨Poji think this may be a true legend and the deer would be from Feather Star. Intrigued, Yuu decides to visit that grotto and she frees the deer. The latter, thankful, gives her new powers.

Episode 7

Shingo receives a touching letter from one of Creamy Mami's fan who has a very serious disease and wrote that he thinks he would find courage to fight it if he could see his idol. Shingo tries to cash in on it by summoning the press at the event. But things start to go wrong when Creamy Mami cannot be reached in time and it turns out the sick fan is not the little boy Shingo expected, but Tamegoro Zenigame, an old mafia godfather. His grand-son Ken is the one who had written the letter. With the help of the little boy, they stage a scene for the journalists to see what was planned. Afterwhich Creamy Mami agrees to visit Ken's Grand-pa to give him strength. Reporter Snake Joe takes a picture and threatens to publish the pictures. Nega and Poji destroy his camera. Too much excitement for the old man's heart who has to undergo immediate surgery...

Episode 8

Yuu's mom wants to take a vacation by the sea. Yuu, who is afraid this would be incompatible with her new secret idol lifestyle tells her parent she won't go. Things change when Shingo organizes a concert in Iso Bay featuring Creamy Mami and her rival Megumi. Yuu must then convince her parents to take her there after all for she can't sing there as Creamy Mami and be home by the evening. Her parents finally accept when they see an opportunity for profit by selling crepes on the beach. Megumi grows more and more suspicious about Yuu always being where Creamy Mami is. She tries to get Yuu and Creamy Mami on stage a the same time by making a fake contest. With a little magic and the help of Nega and Poji, an improbable duet on the beach takes place.

Episode 9

Taking a break between concerts, the Parthenon Production team goes on a walk in the country. Yuu, Toshio and Midori join them. Due to an unexpected mist, they all get lost in the woods, in which Yuu senses a weird presence. They seek shelter in an abandoned mansion. On a wall is the portrait of a young man somewhat resembling Toshio. While out on the balcony, above the lake, Yuu notices Toshio's reflection in the water to appear like a female ghost. Also, he leaves wet footsteps on the floor and Yuu hears a woman crying in the house. Everyone gathers in the living room and decides to talk about ghosts. Hayato Kidokoro mentions the legend of Banshee, a girl who once lost her beloved and who takes any boy resembling him with her. Yuu realizes Toshio, who has just gone out, is in danger. She runs out of the house but is stopped by a mysterious force. She frees herself with her magic wand, transforms into Creamy Mami and sees Toshio lying on the ground with a ghost bending over him. Creamy Mami talks the ghost into leaving Toshio alone and offers her friendship. The ghost disappears. The next morning, everyone wakes up in the middle of the woods. No trace is left of the mansion.

Episode 10

Yuu, Toshio and Midori are waiting at the harbor to attend one of Creamy Mami's concerts. Nega is lost in the crowd and a 10 year old blond girl named Katherine picks him up. She just escaped from a big boat to find the house she used to live in 6 years ago. When she was four, Katherine had a box that would take her around the world in her dreams when she opened it. Before she moved to the USA, she buried the box in her garden, fearing Mrs. Rampling, her nanny, wouldn't let her take it with her. Now that she came back to Japan, she wants it back. Meanwhile, Poji managed to contact Nega through telepathy. Reassured about him, Yuu performs as Creamy Mami in a helicopter above the harbor. Katherine and Nega sneak their way into her former garden and dig out the box. However, when she opens it, nothing happens. Nega thinks she just dreamed before. Yuu puts on a wig to distract Mrs. Rampling so Katherine can return safely to the boat. With the help of Yuu's magic, Nega and Poji appear inside Katherine's box and tell her not to trap her dreams and that she doesn't need the box to dream.

Episode 11
Yuu's parents have a fight over breakfast and her father leaves the house. Yuu is not worried since he has done that 6 times before that and always came back. After a while she still decides to look for him with her friends. They encounter a group of motorcyclists all sporting a Creamy Mami sticker among which is her father. Members of this group call themselves the "Blue Angels". Since Yuu is familiar with Creamy Mami's agenda, she starts a rumor concerning her next concert so that the group turns up. Everything happens according to Yuu's plan. When the group arrives, she transforms into Creamy Mami and performs her debut song. Her father grabs her by the arm and the use his motorcycle to escape the crowd. Creamy Mami turns back to Yuu before the group gathers again. The others challenge him on a special sort of duel : he has to drive as fast as possible towards the ocean and pull the breaks at the last second before he falls in the water. If he looses, he has to leave the group and return home. He does better than the leader, but a mysterious girl turns up and challenges him too. She wins and makes him fall in the ocean. She even rescues him from the water and thus reveals her true identity : she's Natsume, his wife and Yuu's mother !

Episode 12
A typhoon is announced on the town, so Yuu's mom asks he husband Tetsuo to fix a few things around the house before it happens. Yuu goes to school anyway, excited about the new commercial she must shoot as Creamy Mami afterward. Hayato Kidokoro is afraid of "studio Great" where the shoot takes place because he heard it is haunted. Shingo orders not to postpone the shoot, even though a typhoon is on the way. Toshio and Midori decide to attend the shoot secretly. Megumi is shooting a commercial for prunes and she is jealous that Creamy Mami's commercial is for a sports car. Snake Joe asks Megumi's help to take a nude picture of Mami. They cut off the power in the studio which traps everyone in the studio. A ghost appears and Snake Joe and Megumi faint. That ghost is a fan of Creamy Mami's so he helps her by showing her a passage to go to the power room. Since the passage is too small, she transforms back to Yuu. Before she switches the power back on, she takes a picture of Megumi and Snake Joe lying on the ground next to each other. To thank the ghost, she signs an autograph on his stomach.

Episode 13
Yuu, Toshio and Midori go to a theme park where Creamy Mami is to perform. Yuu transforms inside of the house of mirrors. After she gets out, a strange duplicate version of Creamy Mami comes out of the mirror. Yuu and Toshio are puzzled when Midori claims he met Creamy Mami while she actually was on stage singing. Later on, Creamy Mami appears on TV saying she is in love with Shingo Tashibana. Shingo is very flattered and Megumi very angry. No one believes the actual Creamy Mami when she says she never said that. More trouble arise when semi-nude pictures of her turn up in a magazine. Yuu decides to set a trap to the fake Mami by not showing up to one of her scheduled appearance to sign autographs. The reflection replaces her as planned but Toshio notices she is left handed and realizes she is a fake. The real Mami arrives and writes an autograph of her own. All fans can tell the difference. The reflection escapes to the roof top of the Parthenon Production building. Mami runs after her to have a talk with her. She understands the fake Mami is just a reflection of herself and Nega tries to make her disappear by showing her a pocket mirror. Creamy Mami decides to let her live outside the mirror if she promises to behave. The fake Mami, touched by her generosity, or perhaps because of her contradictory nature, returns back in the mirror.

Episode 14

Tetsuo tells Yuu a story about Dream Comet where Mr. Dream lives and takes a child to realize her dreams once every ten year. Toshio bought a telescope to see the comet. He mocks Yuu for believing her Mr. Dream story. That evening, Yuu receives an invitation from Mr. Dream to a secret party. He transforms one of Yuu's toys into a car. Toshio sees Yuu and runs after her. Yuu is the guest of honor at the party. Through a magic set of cards, Yuu can get a glimpse at where Toshio is : he lost her trail and returned to Yuu's house, waiting in front of it and swearing that he will not talk to her again if she comes back after midnight. Yuu swears to herself she will come back before midnight. Mr. Dream turns her dress into a beautiful princess outfit with glass slippers and gives her a pumpkin-like carriage to go to a private ballroom up in the sky. Midnight comes and Yuu hurries down the stairs to go back home. She looses a slipper in the rush. Mr. Dream catches her and tells her he once lived on feather star and that she gave him a dream too, since she is the only child he wanted to take along with him to help people remember their childhood dreams. He also says Yuu will not remember about him. Yuu wakes up in her bed with a glass slipper on her nightstand.

Episode 15

By a stormy night, a ray of light falls loudly from the sky onto Yuu's garden. It's an egg out of which pops an alien who steals jam from the fridge. Natsume thinks the cats did it and gets mad : the jam was for uncle Yoshino. Yuu decides to apologize to Yoshino who apparently can tell that the cats are innocent just by looking at them. He also guesses Yuu is keeping a secret from her parents. Tetsuo realizes too late that the crepes he asked Yuu to give Yoshino were made with paste in which a bottle of spicy sauce fell. Uncle Yoshino falls ill. The doctor says his illness is unrelated with the crepes. Meanwhile Midori says he saw an alien in the street with jam on his mouth. For Nega and Poji, his description fits that of alien Bino. They figure that uncle Yoshino is an "ouvnik", a fairy who ignores that he is one and who is on earth to keep happiness. The presence of Bino coincides with this since Bino looks for ouvniks to reveal their true identity to themselves which will kill them. If Bino kills an ouvnik like Yoshino, he becomes a servant of the devil. To make sure they are correct, the check that Yoshino a star-shaped beauty spot under his foot. Yuu and Midori decide to cook fish in the park to trap Bino. They catch him but Bino's powers are too strong for Midori who, said Mr. Yoshino's name in the fight. Yuu spends the night in front of Mr. Yoshino's house to protect him. Bino waits until she goes to sleep and sneaks inside Yoshino's bedroom and tells him he is an ouvnik. The noise wakes up Yuu who runs inside the room only to find Yoshino dead. A rainbow-colored ray falls in the room, Nega and Poji tell Yuu that whoever touches the ray becomes an ouvnik. Yuu transforms into Creamy Mami and fights Bino with her magic wand. Bino tries to push her in the ray so that he can kill her too later. Eventually Bino falls in the ray and becomes an ouvnik himself. Uncle Yoshino wakes up. He is better.

Episode 16
A young man is running away from creepy guys chasing him on the streets. Yuu is playing ball with Toshio and Midori in the park. The young man recognizes them to be old friends from 6 years ago. His name is Ayumi and he takes them to a boat wreck where they used to play. He says he left a treasure there. The group escapes the bad guys thanks to a friendly cab driver. Once on the boat, Toshio remembers playing there but also that Ayumi vanished from sight shortly after that. Ayumi tells Yuu that if she can find the treasure, it will be hers. In the search, Midori causes the boat to move away from the beach, and to sink down in the ocean. At this moment, Yuu finds a golden dolphin statue with an inscription on it. Before she can decipher it, water breaks in and they all swim out of the boat. Unfortunately, Midori faints. Yuu decides to transform and use her magic to get them out of there safely. The magic creates a whirlpool and pulls them out of the water. In a semi consciousness, Toshio sees Creamy Mami saving them all, but given the extraordinary circumstances, he thinks he dreamed the whole thing. On Ayumi's statue, the engraving was " I Love Yuu".

Episode 17
As a class assignment, Yuu must make a drawing. Midori advises Yuu to go draw in an enchanted forest. Legend has it that whoever draws in this forest becomes a true artist. 10 years ago, a famous artist called Miya Nakahara disappeared in this forest when she was only 13. While Yuu, Toshio and Midori are having picnic there, a beautiful drawing appears on Yuu's sketch-book. Yuu wants to thank Miya for it and wanders away in the forest. She meets a Unicorn and falls into a gate to a new world. In it lives Miya who offers to be Yuu's friend. She tells Yuu she was invited by the unicorn in this world where time stood still and stayed ever-since. Yuu says she wants to go back to the real world and take Miya along with her. They can't walk through the gate so Yuu transforms into Creamy Mami. Before she can use the magic to open the gate Miya drugs her to sleep. Creamy Mami begs Miya to give her back the magic wand that was taken by the Unicorn. Miya steals it back for her but refuses to go back to the real world. As Creamy Mami tries to convince her, the Unicorn appears and reveals that 10 years ago, Miya fell ill and she would have died if he had not taken her in this world. Unconvinced by the story, Creamy Mami decides to run with Miya but the Unicorn sends Creamy Mami back. Yuu wakes up in the woods, knowing this was not a dream since the drawing on her sketch-book is still there.

Episode 18
A little child appears in the Parthenon Production studio. He starts to sing and play, which disturbs the on-going shows being taped. Yuu meets him in the studio and asks him his name. He claims he is a Zashiki Warashi. Toshio tells Yuu a Zashiki Warashi is a legendary spirit from the Tohoku region and he believes the boy is just a runaway. Yuu believes otherwise and wants the boy to see the Creamy Mami show. During her song, the boy has a vision of two children, Katsuji and Miyoko and he decides to take a train back home.

Episode 19
By mistake, Creamy Mami is on the wrong day at the filming location on the other side of Japan.

Episode 20
An ancient ring is sent as a gift to Creamy Mami but Kidokoro wears it without knowing about the curse

Episode 21
For his birthday, Shingo holds a party where he invites all the friends of the music company.

After dreaming of Yu, Midori chases an angel who has lost his way

The rival record company takes advantage of internal disagreements to try to hire Megumi

The selections for a film about a bear are approaching, Creamy Mami is included among the candidates
