Simon views a mega mansion worth more than $50 million and goes on a blind date. Gavin chases a lead on a very unique apartment that needs the TRG spin to sell and D'Leanne is set the task of a difficult sell with a difficult home owner.

D'Leanne takes her new intern on a tricky listing meeting. D'Leanne and Tammy team up at a yoga class to discuss Tammy's future. Gavin breaks in his new recruits. Simon lands a private viewing at one of Australia's top pieces of property.

Simon throws Tammy a surprise Hen's party. Tammy discusses her future with D'Leanne. Gavin announces the winner of TRG's 'MVP' competition. An unexpected phone call takes everyone by surprise and questions the fate of Gavin's future.
