Everything changes after she falls in love with Rodolfo Arismendi, who happens to be involved with one of her college professors - Alicia Suárez. Luisa Fernanda has a boyfriend - Miguel Enrique, who is actually a womanizer. He happens to be the dream man of one other student named Miriam Linares, who is from out of town and always broke. Alejandra is Luisa Fernanda's best friend and on her 18th birthday, she meets Fabian. He is a doctor, charming, funny but neglects to tell her that he's married. These three women will face incredible challenges on their path to achieve their dreams and grow up in the process.
