Episode 1
Tanya is a beautiful young woman who also happens to be a bit of a tomboy. When she develops a crush on her bad boy skater friend, Dave, she needs our help to get him to see her for the hottie she really is. We get them trapped together at a marketing survey where it's up to Tanya to use her new flirting skills to knock Dave off his skateboard.
Episode 2
Alexis bumped into her crush, Stacey, on a movie set where they were both working as extras. They've seen each other at auditions across town, but she hasn't had an opportunity to get to know him better. Alexis, who has just come out of a divorce, doesn't know how to approach men now that she's single. We trap her and Stacey at an audition for a perfume commercial where she can determine once and for all if love is in the air.
Episode 3
Matt lives his life on the edge - literally. He's an extreme sports-loving Kiwi who met his Canadian crush when she was on a trip down under. He's since moved to Canada and has seen her around a few times, but she has no idea he came 10,000 miles to be closer to her. We trap them at an art class where Matt has to build up the courage to tell the girl of his dreams that he crossed an entire Ocean just to ask her out on a date.
Episode 4
Evan was introduced to his crush, Georgea, while they were both performing as improvers. Evan, who is known for having one-night stands, needs our help to push his reputation aside so Georgea can see that he's serious about her. We get them on stage together, and then alone in the green room, so Evan can reveal that his feelings for her are anything but an act.
Episode 5
Proof that the modern dating scene is an online game, Jae Angela met her crush, KJ, on a dating site. They've been chatting for months now, but she's worried about meeting him for the first time. She needs our help to calm her nerves and create the perfect environment for them to have fun. We trap them at a designer clothing sale where she has the opportunity to show him that the hottest item at the sale - is her.
Episode 6
Gianni has been good friends with Meredith all through high school, but it's only now that he's realized how much he cares about her. Unfortunately for him, they've gone to separate universities and their lives are spinning in different directions. We trap them at a sushi-making workshop where it's up to Gianni to Meredith over before somebody else does.
Episode 7
Esme, an Australian native, has a very strong personality - so strong that she's concerned she may turn some guys off. And the last guy she wants to turn off is her crush, Ejune, a computer sales rep she met when she took her laptop in to get fixed. We trap them in a fake office where Esme can have some alone time with her crush, and get his attention off her computer and onto her.
Episode 8
Syrus has a unique sense of humour and spends his spare time making rap videos. He's fallen for a friend of his, Jenna, a dancer, but he needs to work past his sarcasm to get her to take him seriously. We trap them at a music video shoot where he's the artist and she's a backup dancer. It's up to him to teach her some dance moves, but will he be able to work through his sarcasm and show her that there's a method to his madness?
Episode 9
Ming was recently dumped by his girlfriend. This left the normally confident pre-med student feeling totally paralyzed. And now that he's found a new crush, Julia, he's frozen and can't make a move. We trap him and his crush at a Tai Chi workshop where he can limber up and get over his dating past to focus on his dating future.
Episode 10
Shivvon met her crush, Marlon, at a shopping mall where he was hitting on her but she didn't give him the time of day. They've since become friends and now she's crushing on him, but he doesn't know it. Shivvon values her friendship with Marlon and is scared of risking it by making a move. We trap them at a cocktail mixing class where it's up to her to get the friendship shaken... and stirred.
Episode 11
Kayla and her crush, Kevin, have been friends for ten years. They've hooked up in the past, but it's always been on-and-off. She's grown tired of being a "friend with benefits" and wants him to commit. We trap them at a cake decorating class where she can issue Kevin an ultimatum - it's either now, or it's never.
Episode 12
Luke is a real shutterbug - he loves looking at photos, taking photos, and modeling for photos. And it was at a photography class that he met his crush, Jamie Lyn. They've gone out a few times but are keeping things non-exclusive. We trap them at a photo shoot so he can let her know how he feels - and see if she'll stay in the picture.
Episode 13
Paul has three great loves: Star Wars, comedy, and hockey. It's been tough for him to find a girl who is a good match, but he's finally found her: Jessica. Only trouble is, the self-deprecating humour that is his number one source of laughs is also his number one enemy. He needs our help to cut the jokes and see if he's found the space princess of his dreams.
Episode 14
Sam recently moved here from Paris and is enjoying exploring a new city. She finds that her distinctly European personality can be intimidating for most men, but it hasn't scared off Lijan, a co-worker of hers. We get her trapped with her crush at an art gallery so she can set aside her hesitation and show him how they do things where she's from: the City of Love.
Episode 15
Ricky never had trouble with the ladies when he was younger, but now that he's in his 30's he feels he's lost his mojo. He's no longer interested in party girls and he's found his perfect stay-at-home gal: his friend Lisa. He needs our help to turn back the clock and prove that if you had it once, you can have it again.
Episode 16
Sandy is a classic bookworm - she's a university student who loves spending her days at the library and her nights at the school radio station. But what she never expected is to meet her crush, Brandon, at the library coffee shop. We trap them at a salsa dancing class where Sandy can toss the glasses, ditch the book, and dance her way to a date.
Episode 17
Stephanie acts, goes to college, and also works in the clubbing world. She spends a lot of time around a certain "type" of guy, which is why she's so attracted to her mild-mannered crush, Raf. But she doesn't see him often and the few times they've chatted he was very shy. She wants our help to trap him so she can find out if this shy guy is worth a try.
Episode 18
Sarah is a college student who's into the social networking scene. A week ago she was on a social hub website when she messaged someone she thought she knew - but it turns out he was a complete stranger! The more they chatted the more she liked him. Now, she needs our help to meet him face-to-face so she can let him know that while their meeting may have been an accident, she's not leaving the next step up to chance: she wants a date.
Episode 19
Alaina leads a busy life and is looking for someone whose lifestyle meshes with her own. Her crush, Dayn, is a total hipster, which is not normally her type, but there's something about him she finds irresistible. She wants us to step in to trap the two of them so she can see if these two opposites will attract.
Episode 20
Laura is a beautiful young woman who models and acts, but also has a strong interest in academics. A girl like her shouldn't have trouble finding a guy, but she just moved to the city and doesn't know anyone. She was at a party recently where she met a great guy, Jordan, and they got to talking about their mutual love of pizza. But he left before she could find out more about him. She wants our help to trap the two of them at a pizza-making class so she can get to know him and discover if he's the catch a girl like her deserves.
Episode 21
Jean is a down-to-Earth type who recently graduated from college and has just entered the workforce. While he was in school he had a huge crush on Christine, a friend of his. Now that they're not in school together they don't see each other often. We trap them together at a romantic wine tasting class so that he can let her know that he wants to see more of her - on a date.
Episode 22
John Paul is a "nice guy" with a lot of female friends. But this has given him trouble in the past because he's allowed himself to get pushed around. Now that he's crushing on his friend Steph, a singer and burlesque dancer, he wants to drop the "friend act" and re-write the old adage - with our help this nice guy is coming in first.
Episode 23
Phil is a very driven guy who isn't scared to go for the things he wants. He's got a crush on Justine, a co-worker of his, but he's not sure how to cross the professional boundary and ask her on a date. They both love Mixed Martial Arts, so we get them trapped at a martial arts course where he can let her know that she's already knocked him off his feet - now it's her turn.
Episode 24
Courtney is bubbling over with energy and loves to laugh. She met her crush, Kyle, while at a club with some friends. She's intimidated by his good looks and can barely hold a conversation with him, let alone tell him she has a crush on him. We trap them at an urban wear photo shoot and teach her how to catch his eye. With our help the only thing she has to worry about is what she's going to wear on their first date.
Episode 25
Jocelyn is a free spirit who loves to sing. She's recently come out of a long-term relationship and this has made her very selective when looking for a new partner. Not long ago she auditioned for a band looking for a new lead singer and she was very taken with the guitarist, Mike. We trap them together at a radio jingle recording session so she can get to know him better and ensure that the next song he writes will be a love song for her.
Episode 26
In the world of dating when someone refers to "The Talk" they mean only one thing - exclusivity. Maria and her crush, Alfonso, have gone out a few times but they haven't made it "official" yet. She wants our help to show him that she's a one-of-a-kind girl and for this "talk" to end with a commitment.
Episode 27
Ashlee is a sweet girl who doesn't have much experience in the dating world and is nervous about taking the lead. She's crushing on a friend she's known for years, Dion, but he's also shy and hasn't asked her out. She's come to us for help in taking charge so that when she asks him out he'll be left wondering why he didn't make a move sooner.
Episode 28
Aaron is an enthusiastic guy who can best be described as having a personality that's "outside the box". He met his crush, Tina, while attending an acting class and was happy to discover that she is into guys with unique personalities. Now, he needs our help to show her that he's not just crazy fun - he's also crazy about her.
Episode 29
Giuliano just got out of a long-term relationship and is finally ready to start dating again. He's been crushing on Sabina, a fellow college student, and wants to ask her out but he's nervous because he hasn't dated in a while. He needs our help to get some time alone with her so that he can free himself of his past and look forward to his future - hopefully with her.
Episode 30
Mila considers herself an old fashioned girl and is not used to making the first move. Now that she's crushing on a guy she met through a friend she's not sure how to proceed. She needs our help to trap him and show him that this old fasioned girl is worth taking home to Mom.
