Lilo is determined to compete against Mertle and her family at a trivia competition. On the day before the competition, Stitch has turned stupid by Spike. Lilo has Jumba and Pleakley to help compete against Mertle. However, Lilo notices that Teresa has been giving Mertle the answers in order to win. Lilo has Spike turn Teresa stupid and Mertle ends up losing the contest after answering silly phrases. Lilo wins the contest, but she has donated the computer to the local community center. At the Pelekai house, Spike acts as a hugging therapist for Pleakley's experiment rehabilitation program.

Morpholomew: Experiment 316

Lilo decides to enter a skateboard competition in order to win a new skateboard for Keoni, but she learns that she is not old enough to compete. Lilo decides to use experiment 316, a shapeshifting experiment to turn Lilo into Keoni to enter the contest, but she performs poorly as Keoni. Lilo tries to become Jake Long but the results become disastrous for her when she ends up stuck in his body after Gantu captures 316. Lilo and Stitch work with Jake, Trixie, Spud, and Fu Dog to prevent Gantu from delivering experiment 316 to Hämsterviel. They succeed on defeating Gantu and he is turned into a bunny by 316. Lilo is turned back to normal and she names the experiment Morpholomew. Lilo and Stitch bid goodbye to Jake and his friends. Morpholomew is soon given a job at the costume shop.

Spats: Experiment 397

Lilo, Stitch, Jumba, and Pleakley try to open a Bed and Not Breakfast in order to provide money for Nani. Mr. Cooper expects peace and quiet in order to give a good review. The Proud Family are also vacationing in Hawaii so they can see a wrestling match hosted by Wizard Kelly. But matters soon become worse when experiment 397 causes the Proud Family, Mr. Cooper, Jumba, Penny, and Lilo to bicker. Stitch is able to stop 397 and Penny calms herself down by counting to ten. Gantu tries to capture 397 from Penny, but Suga Mama intervenes and she challenges him to a wrestling match. Suga Mama pins down Gantu and Lilo convinces everyone to count to ten and everyone is reverted back to normal. Lilo and Stitch name the experiment Spats and he is put under Wizard Kelly's ownership. Penny finally publishes her article about her Hawaiian adventure.

Lilo captures a bug-like experiment for her bug city, but it has the ability to turn any living creature into a bug. She, along with Stitch, Jumba, and Pleakley, have been turned into bugs and must find their way back before it's too late.

Lilo and Stitch are playing in the forest, when a flying hovercar swoops down and kidnaps him. Lilo is adamant about going to rescue him, but Jumba and Pleakley insist that she not go. Pleakley solicits the help of Kim Possible, and is overjoyed when she actually shows up (with Ron and Rufus, of course). But once there, Jumba thinks he recognizes Rufus as Experiment 607, and vows to capture this highly-dangerous experiment. The flying hovercar was piloted by none other that Dr. Drakken and Shego, who were hired by Dr. Hamsterviel to capture Stitch. But Drakken realizes Stitch's potential, and tries to use his powers for his own evil purposes.

The Recess (1997) gang are on vacation in Hawaii, but Experiment 285 is on the loose, causing Vince, Mikey, and Stitch to abandon any and all forms of work. Lilo must stop 285 and Hämsterviel's new experiment locator satellite without Stitch before Gantu succeeds in catching an experiment.

Remmy: Experiment 276

Lilo has become depressed over losing her parents, she goes to her room to take a nap, but experiment 276 invades Lilo's dreams. Jumba, Pleakley, and Stitch go inside Lilo's mind in order to prevent 276 from turning her dreams into nightmares. The results become disastrous when 276's rampage nearly traumatizes Lilo. Nani gives Pleakley the photograph of her and her family to help Lilo overcome her sadness. Lilo sees the photo and she is able to make peace over her loss. Lilo starts to spend time with Nani, David, and Stitch at the beach. Jumba is able to rehabilitate 276, now named Remmy, he is given a job at the arcade.

But just as Jumba has reviewed the evilness of all his activated experiments, #262 is activated. 262 has absolutely no evil, and the EGO president sees it save a kitty from a burning home, thus ending Jumba's membership.

He tells Lilo that all the experiments that Gantu has captured and sent to Hamsterviel have been sent back to Earth and are in Gantu's ship's secret hold. So she organizes a rescue plan. Unfortunately, Snafu (120) is activated, who is designed to foil anyone's plans, whether good or evil.
