Lilo and Stitch get kicked out of the local hair salon and spa for making a mess. The duo soon meets experiment 177, a hair eating experiment, they name her Clip. Gantu is dismayed that Lilo and Stitch found Clip first. At the Pelekai house, Jumba is horrified to meet Clip again because she ate all of his hair in the past. Lilo decides to let Clip work at the hair salon in hopes of making the owner happy, but she encounters Mertle and her friends. Mertle soon begins to insult Lilo, and she decides to get revenge on Mertle for bullying her. When Lilo and Stitch put Clip under Mertle's pillow, their prank doesn't go as planned, Clip eats all of Mrs. Edmonds' hair and she escapes from Gantu. The next day, Lilo realizes that Mertle still has her hair and she had a sleepover with Teresa. At the Edmonds' house, Lilo apologizes to Mrs. Edmonds for what happened, but she assures Lilo that she likes being bald. Lilo, Jumba, and Stitch try to track Clip down, but she has gotten bigger and she starts chasing Gantu who is running away from the giant hair ball. Gantu ends up at a luau and he starts dancing in front of the guests. Clip soon causes a rampage at the hair salon, Stitch is able to tame her by using hair conditioner. Clip is able to have a true purpose at the hair salon and she gives the customers awesome hairstyles. The owner offers to give Lilo a free haircut, but she declines. At the luau, Gantu is hula dancing with the four dancers on stage, but he immediately ignores Hamsterviel's orders.

Mr. Stenchy: Experiment 254

Cannonball aka Experiment 520 has been activated that creates tsunamis and tidal waves. Meanwhile, Lilo is trying to come up with another idea for a sand sculpture contest after her previous design has been rejected by Mertle and her friends. Lilo starts to feel discouraged over not having genuine ideas for the contest. David takes Lilo and Nani to the Birds of Paradise Hotel for a pretend vacation, but they get kicked out by Mr. Jameson, the manager of the hotel, for going to the pool uninvited. Lilo and Stitch notice that Cannonball has been activated and Gantu is trying to capture him. Lilo and Stitch are able to find Cannonball and they help him find a home by creating waves for surfers after defeating Gantu. Lilo also wins the sand sculpting contest thanks to Stitch. While Lilo and Stitch are surfing, they begin to wonder where Gantu went. In San Francisco, Gantu realizes he has been stranded by Cannonball.

The tank is awakened when a man is watering the car he wants to sell his old car to two people. The tank then eats the car and grows bigger. Later you will see Tank eating a factory and grows even bigger. Then the Tank walks right over Stitch and Mertle which enables Stitch to go get Lilo and finds to see that she can care less when she wants to hang out with her friends. Stitch decides he needs to fight tank and brings Mertle for some odd reason. They find tank eating all the cars he can eat even attempting to eat the truck stitch and mertle was in. Stitch and Mertle get trapped by Gantu and then later escape and then almost get eaten by the tank. Stitch then fights tank while the tank is trying to eat stitch. Stitch does have the upper hand in the beginning but after stitch throws tank into the lake and the tank walks out. Tank grabs stitch with its tongue and attempt to eat stitch. Stitch attempts to escape by keeping the tank's mouth open while the tank is trying to close its mouth. The tank wins by opening it's mouth causing Stitch to fall back in and then tank then proceeds to chew stitch and later then spits him out.

Sprout: Experiment 509

While at the post office mailing a letter to her pen-pal, Lilo finds experiment 509 pod. Jumba reveals it is an extraterritorial weed that grows out of control, bent on destruction. He deems too dangerous and locks away in a draw. Later, Lilo bets Myrtle that she can win the orchid competition. No one will help her grow a real orchid, so she steals experiment 509, gets it wet, then plants it in a pot with a big dose of super grow for plants. Meanwhile, Stitch trains to ride in the rodeo and Pleakly enters his "Pi-normous," a human-size pineapple. At the competition, Experiment 509 grows to be massive, destroying Pleakly's entry and disrupting the festivities. Lilo and Stitch work together along with Stitch's rodeo completion to get 509 under control and find it's one true home.

Short Stuff: Experiment 297

Lilo takes Stitch to the carnival, but he is too short to go on the rides. During their visit to the carnival, experiment 297 has been activated. Gantu tries to capture 297, but he gets away from the villain. At the Pelekai house, Stitch wants to become tall enough to go on the rides by using Jumba's growth machine, but he ends up becoming a giant. Lilo and Stitch go to the carnival again, but the rides no longer work, and they notice that 297 shorting the rides out. Lilo and Stitch capture 297 and she names him Short Stuff. When Lilo and Pleakley try to change Stitch back to his normal size, Short Stuff ends up short-circuiting the growth machine, causing him to grow big and he begins to wreck havoc in town. Lilo and Pleakley make Stitch bigger in order to stop Short Stuff. Jumba arrives at the carnival and he reverts Stitch back to normal. Stitch is able to restrain Short Stuff and Gantu tries to capture the experiment again by using a now gigantic 625, but he ends up eating the giant sandwich, much to Gantu's dismay. Lilo gives Short Stuff a true purpose becoming a carnival ride, which she and Stitch ride on.

Lilo and Stitch must capture the experiment and remove it from within Pleakley by shrinking to microscopic size. However, they must act quickly, as their shrinking effect is only temporary, and Pleakley is at risk of exploding if they do not make it out of him in time.

Nani forbids Lilo from watching a scary movie because she thinks that Lilo is too young to see that movie. At the same time, Lilo and Stitch encounter experiment 151, who can turn individuals into babies. The duo realizes that Sun-Burn Ice Cream tourist has also been turned into a baby by 151. Lilo and Stitch are able to capture 151 and they try to head home so they can rehabilitate the experiment. However, Nani thinks that Lilo has disobeyed her to see the movies after seeing her at the movie theater, even though Lilo was only talking to Mrs. Edmonds. At the Pelekai house, Lilo and Nani start to have a falling out. At night, Stitch releases 151 in order to turn Nani into a toddler, but it doesn't go as planned for Stitch, when he, Nani, Jumba, and Pleakley turn into babies. Lilo tries to babysit the four babies at the same time, but 151 has escaped from Gantu, who has also been turned into a baby, and 151 starts to turn more adults into babies. Jumba reveals that there is a way to turn everyone back to their normal ages, but the final ingredient is Kona coffee. At the coffee shop, Jumba is able to lure all of the customers out of the cafe thanks to Pleakley and they finally obtain the final ingredient for the antidote. At the playground, Baby Stitch tries to save 151 from a Baby Gantu, and the latter is able to defeat the villain with ease. Jumba and Pleakley are finally reverted back to their normal ages, and Stitch is able to use the antidote to revert everyone, minus Gantu, back to normal. Nani realizes that she shouldn't baby Lilo too much, and she offers to take her to see the movie she always wanted. At the animal shelter, 151, now known as Baby-Fier, transforms older dogs into puppies. On Gantu's ship, Reuben is struggling to take care of baby Gantu.
