"South Dakota Odyssey" follows Ron Suskind as he travels across South Dakota weeks after the September 11th attacks and sees how the monument offers comfort to those in stress. "Conversation" talks to the designers of the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial on the National Mall. "Roadside Memorials" looks at the origins of roadside memorials. "Cathedral of Junk" talks to visitors of a Texas junk sculpture. "Grant's Tomb" look at the rise and fall of the famous tourist attraction. "World Trade Center Memorial" discusses what a memorial to September 11th should look like. Also music by Loudon Wainwright.

Redemption

"Back in the Cockpit" talks to an airline pilot who lost his job due to alcoholism, but later through hard and determination was able to return to the cockpit. "Back in the Studio" talks to singer-songwriter Steve Earle about his struggle with addiction. "Owning Up" examines celebrities who apologize for bad behavior only after getting caught. Also features music by Shawn Colvin.

Other segments also feature a pair of famous Mexican twins, singer Carmen Pelaez on her sister, animator Bob Sabison, Rabbi Marc Gelman, and Monsignor Thomas Hartman.

"Drawn From the Street" features an animated segment on people talking about money. "Anatomy of a Lemonade" looks at early entrepreneurship. "Jake Tower" Jake Johannsen talks about getting rich.

"Terminally Ill Kids" looks at the heartbreaking story of some terminally ill children. "Muslim Tens" looks at what it is like to be a Muslim kid in post 9/11 America. Also features music by Alana Davis.
